I was pushed for time and needed my car cleaning at short notice. I chose this company as it seemed reputable and the website detailed testimonials from David Beckham, Mike Summerbee and so on.

My car is fairly old, and I can honestly say that I could do (and have done)a better job myself. At first sight, the car did look very good. However on closer inspection (after they left), the car was not buffed properly, one of the mats was not cleaned properly, both rear wheel arches not cleaned properly. However, before they left, I asked if the rear seat had been lifted and cleaned under, the person (Paul?) said that he had. Other things include not cleaning the passenger side visor/mirror properly - minor I know, but it is something so basic.

Prior to booking the appointment by phone, I was advised that the full valet takes around 2 hours. The valet took around 1 hour. After the valet, I pointed that the plastic part of one of the wheel arches needed a bit more restoring/polishing, and I was informed, "that they don't normally do this, as it is really a paint job". However, the website states that the plastics and rubbers are restored.

Price wise, the website states £45-60 for a full valet (which is what I had). I paid £60 and did not feel that this was value for money. All in all a disappointing experience.
