I have just completed the health and safety course level 2 and it was brilliant it covered a lot of information and was easy to understand the knowledge from this course has made me feel more confident I liked that the information was broken down into sections instead of one continuous piece of information it also gave links to even more relevant information there wasn't anything I didn't like about the course I feel very well informed and would definitely recommend to family friends colleagues well anyone really I knew a bit about health and safety but now I know a lot more

Refused to assist with my problem. Eventually got the name of someone who is meant to be in charge and was promised he would phone me but hasn't done. Would suggest you try an alternative provider.

I have just completed this course & would highly recommend it, the people in the video's make the topics interesting and you also have notes to refer to should you wish to go over a certain topic again. There are also useful links at the bottom of the notes. Really good value for money

i found the information on all individual sessions very informative. the use of video as will as text for each section, helped with me being able to visually understand the information.
the video and text is easy to follow. having the quick test at the end of each unit is also good training for what information you have actually maintained.which if you are unsure you can easily go over the chapter again.
there was not anything that i would critise, because even though watching through all the videos seems long it benefitted your learning overal.

Do I get a certificate after completing the course? Is this delivered at my home or just I print myself?
It is emailed to you. You can then print off as many copies as you wish.
We are looking to run a casserole club. This is delivering and sharing a free hot meal with some lonely person in their own home. Is level 2 the correct certificate? Thank you
I think it would be correct - I run a kitchen of volunteers and we found this one was just the right level for us, and was very practical and straightforward.
Will I get a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, you can't print them yourself. However many you need.
My course code is not working. What should I do?
I am so disappointed as I have just purchased a bundle Hygiene Level 2 Certificate and unable to access.
When I received the course codes and added in the Register Code it was not recognised. Therefore unable to access and carry out today as urgently required which is unacceptable and no online support or mention of no access upon payment. What should I do?
The only problem I ever had with these people was when I let a course code expire before I had used it. It was resolved with a simple email - very helpful. There is a freephone contact number at the bottom of the home page.
