2 Med Sized Himalayan Salt Rock Lamps- Fantastic!
I ordered x2 one for my daughter one for myself. Arrived 3 days later. very well package.
Unfortunately I had a faulty cable for one and only x1 bulb. I called the company within 30 minutes on the Friday of them being delivered, explained what had happened the next day a new cable and x2 bulbs were at my home.
Customer service was great cannot fault it
The lamps are beautiful and at £32 + a bag of free salt a very good bargain. So much so I am going to buy a smaller lamp for my office desk

Horrendous
This is the first ever review I have ever written and I buy a lot of items on line.
I bought goods that were advertised as one brand and when they came they were completely different
I also bought items that were not as described
I contacted the company with regards to my complaint and did not receive a reply.
Thank goodness I paid for the goods via PayPal
This was the only way l could get amazing health to answer me

A Company Not Interested In Refunds Or Delays.
I ordered 2 dog beds from Amazing Health and paid extra for "next day delivery". After 3 working days I contacted their dispatch company to be told that my delivery was NOT marked as Next Day Delivery but 48 hour delivery, they said that I should get back to Amazing Health about a refund as it was not their fault. I contacted Amazing Health and someone called Anthony, who said that he was the manager. He was not interested in my concerns or any refund. He told me that because I lived on the Isle of Wight I would not get a refund because in his opinion the extra charge was the cost to deliver to the Isle of Wight. My postcode is PO which denotes Portsmouth! Amazing Health use Parcel Force, Parcel Force deliver to the Isle of Wight daily as part of the mainland without any extra charges, but Anthony was not interested and just kept talking over me and repeating himself. Surely if Amazing Health had had any such concerns about postage the time was when I made my order? Not now and in such a rude and off hand manner. I am still waiting for my 2 dog beds.

As mentioned previously I contacted the Courier firm Parcel Force about my parcel, they told me that my parcel was NOT marked as Express Delivery (Next Day Delivery) for which I had paid my £10.95 and that I should contact Amazing Health and ask for a refund.
Parcel Force have deliveries to the Isle of Wight daily as it is part of Hampshire, hence the post code being PO and that there should be NO EXTRA CHARGE for delivery. They said they knew firms tried this on and that it was wrong.
Customer ordered items experss to UK mainland and lives on Isle of Wight, Amazing Health can send to Isle of Wight for £11.95. Customer paid UK Mainland postage at £10.95 and we did not phone her up asking for a £1 more, we sent the goods out as fast as a courier can get it to her and saving her a £1 but still not happy.
What more can we do?

Wouldn't Refund Delivery Cost
I ordered a walking stick. When it arrived, it was unsuitable for me - much too flimsy. I went to the trouble of taking it back personally to their offices, as I am a pensioner and couldn't really afford the return postage. They promised me a full refund but took over a week to give me my money back and refused to refund the initial delivery cost. I emailed to tell them this was against the distance selling regulations but they replied saying it was up to them whether they gave me the postage back. Their email was very rude and offensive - I certainly wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. They are breaking the law on distance selling and should be reported to trading standards.
If Amazing Health or any small company paid for customer returns, they would simply go broke! Is that what you want in life?

I Ordered And Received Goods With In A 24h
I hve plenty of on line orders being disabled. Anyway, On Monday I ordered from Amazing Health a Plant waterer globe and received it 10:00am the following day, whats more I only paid for standard postage and did not expect it until near the end of the week. Fantastic and hats off to those guys. I can say that I ordered an EXPRESS delivery from another site and it took longer.
Still Waiting For A Refund..
I ordered a comfy cone for my dog following an operation. The item wasn't suitable so I returned it within 24 hours. I also notified Amazing Health as per their terms and conditions that I was returning the item as it wasn't suitable.
I haven't received any refund. I have since sent an email requesting to know what has happened and still have not heard from them.
I have telephoned today and left a message as it's Sunday.
Whilst the order was despatched quickly their customer service regarding returns is poor to say the least. It is most frustrating when emails going unanswered.
Not slow to take your money upon order, but slow to refund.

Great Advice And Service
I was very impressed with Amazing Health, needed a walking stick and phones them for advice, a very helpful young lady spent a long time discussing the options with me. She was highly patient and very helpful. The seat stick I purchased arrived within 2 days and was as discussed, i wouldn't have been able to choose on my own and I was glad that the customer services were able to guide me.

Faulty Products, Poor Postage For Returns.
I ordered a Comfy Collar from them which is meant to replace the typical plastic cone style used after surgey. When the product arrived it was faulty and could not be used at all. So I contacted Amazing Health Ltd via telephone and was told that it would be resovled and they would send a new one out.
I paid for next day delivery but they wouldn't send the new product out also on next day. The new item has still not arrived several days later.
Amazing Health Ltd were great to deal with over the phone but so far this is still not sorted out. This company may be alright to deal with as long as your order is not faulty.
Thumbs down from me, might be better to use somebody else if you were thinking of ordering from them.
They put you in touch with manufacture who deal with the return of faulty goods, this is handled swiftly in most cases as I know from my experiences. As I bought a Hot Rox hand Warmer and this was the case
