I was under the impression that a doctor could help me out right away. I have an immediate question which needed answering right away. I had a case of mild, non-threatening anaphylaxis due to an allergy which I had never shown symptoms for in my 54 years. I self-diagnosed and treated myself w/ benedrill and aspirin. was up until 4am mildly freaking out, trying to work my way through their system. Nothing. Not even an answer today, 9 hours later. No one wants to pay thousands for an emergency room visit if it's not actually necessary. That was what I was trying to avoid. I did avoid it, but not w/o a lot of anxiety. The lack of response is astounding.

I definitely would have liked to know what part of 24/7 they didn't consider 'working hours'. Apparently, 24/7 means not at night (eastern standard time)-- and maybe never.
