Very poor service, no response to emails. Phone plays a message and then hangs up

Poor Support
I would not recommend anyone to use SOFICAS. Once they have sold a policy they lose interest and their support is very poor. Their office is often closed and telephones calls are not answered

I to have had a bad experience with this company.totaly unreliable expect when taking your money.
I certainly agree with this review. They are certainly unreliable and once they have sold a policy give little or no support.
