Ordered a mosaic fire pit table - which arrived very promptly, but was sadly damaged - received an answer to my email the next day.

Unfortunately the product was out of stock for a replacement but a full refund was provided.

The customer service is really good and I hope to be able to order from the company again in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to friends and family - they really do seem to care.

Ordered a mosaic fire pit table which sadly arrived next day damaged.The Packaging was fine and intact so maybe the shipping company not being careful or damaged when originally made? Got a reply to my email that evening, a replacement was sent out and arrived unscathed on my requested day. Assembly was easy and we sat around the fire that evening. What a great product. The Customer Service was even better - to get a reply without having to wait several days was encouraging; I sent photos of the damage and a decision to replace it was made quickly and with absolutely no fuss. I requested the second delivery on a specific day and it arrived as requested. I wish all suppliers worked like this - well done and I will be back shopping again. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing I would have liked before I placed the order? to nominate a delivery day. For this item it was 'next day delivery' but the webpage didn't make that clear. To be able to nominate a day would make this purchase completely perfect!

Bought the stargazer mosaic fire pit table on Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday afternoon in Aberdeenshire - free delivery!!! Easy to assemble and looks great.The cover arrived separately today (as advised)just in time to protect from the snow (not unusual in April up here)Looking forward to using it once sun finally arrives.

Ordered a Stargazer Mosaic Fire Pit Table on Sunday night and it was delivered all the way to Aberdeen on Tuesday! No extra charges or excuses that "it's Highlands and Islands", just fast and free delivery....Brilliant! The table was easy enough to put together and looks great. Just need the snow and rain to clear so we can light it! Great service, thank you.

I have been looking for a gas fire pit in the UK after seeing one in a restaurant in Florida last year. The problem is that they all seem to be in the region of £700.00 which is big money for a glorified barbecue. Found the stainless steel Modena Gas Fire Pit at Gardenitems for half the money, and decided to take a punt on it. I have no regrets. The product looks good and works how it should. The Instructions were missing from the box when I did a test run (a bit annoying at the time), but was able to get them sent to me by email. Delivery took just a couple of days, so in good time for Christmas.

I called Gardenitems a month ago and spoke to a man about ordering a Victory 4Kw Patio Heater. He said that before taking my order he would prefer me to check whether the heater was too powerful for my electrics. After consulting an electrician it turned out that the existing mains supply would not support the heater, unless I paid through the nose to have a dedicated supply installed. I went for the 2kw instead, and although it is not as powerful as I would have liked, I have been given some honest advice which has prevented me a lot of hassle in the long term. I said to the man that I would write a review to show my appreciation, and here it is as promised. Maxine Lowe.
