Ordered 3 seater outdoor cushion worth £50 . Very poor quality after 2 weeks the cushion is already flat and shapeless. Colour is also different from the one we choose. looks more like pea green than Misty jade

There greenhouses are very weak arrived broken would no let me send it back unless re packed into same condition as arrived, said they were sending relacement parts that took weeks

I ordered this greenhouse from your company and it arrived just 4 days later. Every piece was labelled, including the screws and nuts, and there was an excellent instruction booklet which enabled me to put the greenhouse together in just a day. I only needed my son's help when putting the roof strut on (and I am a woman in my 60s who has arthritic thumbs!!). It couldn't have been easier.

Paid Garden Oasis to install shed supplied by them. Poor installation, doors not level to shed frame. I have supplied pictures, measurements and many emails detailing issues but in my opinion Garden Oasis just want to blame installation company who do not seem to be capable of resolving the situation.

Hi, Garden Oasis delayed my order for more than 2 weeks cause they run out of the fence panel I've ordered and couldn't cancel my order as kept promising the delivery was about to arrive. They never call me to inform me about any updates as nobody seem to interest. They even hung up the phone on me. I will call this company "Garden Hell" instead.

they had to honour free shipping on my order which they didn't like doing. They then delayed my order even though there was no such delay with the manufacturer. They then advised me I could cancel the order if I wanted and if it was going to be a problem for me! It was blatantly obvious they wanted to cancel the order rather than ship for free - especially as the order was on the last stage of production and practically ready for despatch.

I called them out on their agenda and told them I would put an online review up - they took it as a threat and cancelled the order!!

They then claimed the order was not genuine but had received threats! (yes - from a non genuine customer!)

They are now being handled legally for breach of contract.

Always best to use a large company - excellent after sales care at least which is what you want as a consumer.

I ordered a Suncast resin shed from Garden Oasis as they had it for the best price online. The order was sent out from Suncast's UK distributors GGS who I called and became involved with as I was trying to find out some details about the shed that I knew the retailer would not have. To say they were a nightmare would be an understatement and both the supply, expected date and eventual delivery were a complete shambles! Garden Oasis were extremely helpful and friendly and stepped in to arrange a goodwill gesture as GGS had made such a dog's dinner of everything. They were very communicative and dealt with the supplier and eventually we got what we ordered which was a very tidy little maintenance-free shed. I would definitely buy from Garden Oasis again with confidence but hope to have no further dealings with GGS!

I ordered a coldframe from another company and after weeks of appalling service and now product, I cancelled my order with them and 'phoned garden Oasis. They were so helpful I placed an order with them and they have been brilliant from start to finish. They sorted out a nasty situation, which involved getting a refund from the suppliers of the product for the postage, as things had gone badly wrong woth that side of things. The suppliers were unhelpful on the extreme, but Garden Oasis won out for me and I got the refund. They were so helpful and friendly throughout.

I would be pleased to use this company again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

I purchased a Rangoon 3 seater bench last July. Delivery was very prompt and we were pleased with the product. It was used in the summer for 2 months before being stored in a garage over the winter. In May it was reinstated in the garden and we were disappointed to find several cracks in the wood. The most noticeable one is in the piece that connects the arm to the seat. The crack is almost 3in long and 3inches wide going right through to the other side. Further down on the same piece of wood there are other narrow but longer 6ins cracks running vertically down on both sides. After several e mails, 12 days ago Garden Oasis, sent images of the problem areas to the manufacturer for advice. We hope to hear the outcome soon.

I needed a replacement gate for one which had been used for 30 years made by my late husband. This new gate is a perfect match and built to the same high standard with excellent finish. The timber is of good quality and the cross braces add to the stability of the whole gate.

I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the company to others who require first class service.
