I had a piece of furniture from shuda.co.uk which arrived months later than they originally told me, then it was damaged and 4 months later I still haven't received the replacement parts. Useless company, terrible customer service, I would avoid

Beautiful looking cream/off white with floral pattern dining chair from Baumhaus. Apparantly hand made in Germany. Originally told there was a 6-8 week delay which we accepted. The delivery date came and went. During this time i had tried on numerous occassions to contact shuda via their website and by telephone. Finally spoke to someone and was told somebody else would call me back. Never happened! I called again and finally talked to someone about my order only to be told there would be another delay of up to 8 weeks. Three months we waited for these chairs that are only designed in one colour they all tell me and when they finally arrived they were GREY!!! I told the delivery driver that we'd waited so long for the chairs and showed him the colour on the website, he denied seeing a problem like a real spineless idiot and refused to take the chairs back! They are being collected today and we WILL get a refund. The company is very VERY poor with regards to customer care or indeed interest!! NEVER would i buy from these people again.

I had been quoted a 5-10 day delivery time from most companies and Shuda had stated the same time on their site, yet my daughters birthday was in 4 days, so I thought I'd give them a call.

They gave me a priority delivery, for free, and I got my order in just 2 days (today) just in time for my daughters birthday!

They did everything they can for me, without charging more, even though they where the cheapest I could find. Absolutely amazing customer service and very lovely people (you can tell it's a relatively small family led business, not a big corporate who couldn't care less).

All-in-all, I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!!!
