Yesterday I went to log on to Vivatic (been a member for a few weeks and earned £12 mainly through tasks).My log in details would not be accepted.In order to contact them you need to have a membership,can you see the irony already?

So using my original log in details I had to rejoin the site to ask what was going on.

I explained the situation to them only for them to say 'Well the only account is this new one'..Yes because your bizarre site wouldn't let me log on using my original account.

Like banging your head against a wall and as I pointed out I couldn't connect to paypal because it is saying my email address is already on their site,pointless me being on it as I can't get paid!So I ended up deleting my account.

They say it isn't possible for their system to lose accounts but I beg to differ, I have come across several people this has happened to.I now expect to be banned from Crowdflower as both these Vivatic accounts are showing on my Crowdflower dashboard even though Vivatic deny I ever had another account).

Be aware you could be doing alot of surveys and tasks to find your log in details suddenly don't work with no explanation!

I don't have PayPal account. It's not supported to Karnataka and. Whether it's payment method supports skrill.

I joined Vivatic and really enjoyed the surveys, I claimed my money and got it, I was really pleased and wanted to carry on earning. However instead of getting daily surveys I am lucky if I get one every 8 weeks. When a survey arrives I am always told, since the pay out, that I am not suitable for the survey. I worked really hard for this company and loved it I do not understand why they have neglected me, not replied to me and send me hardly any surveys which are always refused.

I don’t recommend this panel because it doesn’t pay you in time. Firstly, you need to collect £20 to be paid out, you collect and wait for your money then receive email the accurate date you will be paid off. On the payment date you visit your account and see that a part of money were stolen ( as they claim it’s because of system disturbance some of surveys made a double/triple £££ into my account – who cares?) and you can’t be paid out. All you can is to review more and then claim your money when you reach £20. And you need to wait 1 month to get them.Too long for me , sorry 2 months is ridiculous

I ALWAYS CLAIM MY FIRST MONEY ON EACH PANEL TO SEE HOW THEY PAY. SUCH SERVICE BRINGS NO MOTIVATION AT ALL. JUST CHEATING ….

This had a good review on moneysavingexpert; either it was fake or old.

The survey estimated times are fake, 10 minutes is double that not including the 5 minutes of screening. There are no points if you get screened out unlike other sites.

There are no offer walls except one or two and on Crowdflower I was supposed to be paid 40p per task, but as they were test ones, I got 0.01p for each one that took 20-30 minutes.

Plus, if you are inactive for 90 days you lose all your money. I am a few pounds from cashing out after 10 months and other sites where I also don't qualify for that many surveys, I have cashed out 4 times ($10 each time).

The good reviews have to be fake, because the survey choices are limited and also require you to agree to be contacted by your landline. Don't get sucked in. They offer weekend bonuses because they compete with other sites for quotas for surveys and more people are less active.

I had over £7 in credit on this website and could not get any further with my total because I was screened out of other surveys constantly. Because of the £25 total you have to have to cash in to receive your reward, I spent less time on this site and concentrated on good and honourable survey sites such as Value Options and Toula (Toula do take a little bit of time to pay up but you get plenty of surveys from them) because of inactivity my account has been reduced to £0 even though when they emailed me about my inactivity and warning they may do this I did try and do some more surveys but was again screened out. Word of advice to others stick to other survey sites not this one

This site is A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT - they were once not too bad but they have NEVER been good!

Some of the surveys, particularly the ones from POPULUS LIVE are VERY long and are only paid £1, whereas if you did them on the Populus Site iself you can often earn £2/£3! Other surveys they offer just go round and round and round, ad infinitum and I have even COMPLETED surveys and then been told that 'you have already completed this survey' and then recieved NO CREDIT!

They are very reluctant to pay, when you do EVENTUALLY reach £25 and also have the nerve to CHARGE YOU for receiving YOUR money.

The 'jobs' are ludicrous - loads of ( and I mean loads of) spurious useless questions - not even worth the bother of looking really.

All-in-all, dreadful, sUSEless and my advice is TO KEEP WELL AWAY.

Reached the £25 payout fairly quickly, up to this point I thought Vivatic seemed pretty good. Requested my payout and instead of getting paid, I got blocked. Supposedly for completing the same survey too many times. Absolute rubbish as you have to enter your age, gender, postcode etc so you are only able to complete the surveys they allow you to. They do not answer to emails, they just keep your money.

After registering, using my own address code, after the first survey I did I could never get back into do more work, because my coded was not set for Britain.

After sending about six g-mails to the company asking for assistance, non was available.

In the meantime, I am getting notes like "You are Losing Money", well don't I know it. The 4 pounds I apparently earned is now 2 pounds. In addition every time I go into Vivatic I lose money on another sight.

Would somebody come back to me and help me to start over, this time correctly?

I guess that at the end of this review I will be asked to give a rating of the company, which at this stage is "no stars" whatsoever. So, if you see that the company is rated one star, it is over rated.

Vivatic is a really great site. True they have glitches in their technology, but that's life - nothing is 100% guaranteed.

When I first joined I was doing just Populus and New Vista surveys at £1 each. I didn't bother with the other surveys as it was always so simple and straightforward to do one or two of the others, and let's face it, there isn't always time to do back to back surveys most days.

When the writing test came up I went for it - got myself 4/5 in the test, and since then I've been lucky enough to seriously bump up my monthly earnings and make some worthwhile cash just working from home. More recently, there are micro jobs that you can do to help you gain access to the writing test. However, the quality of your writing will need to be quite good - good grammar, spelling, the ability to put together sentences that make good grammatical sense, the ability to write an article in a beginning, middle and end fashion, logically and articulately. It's not for everyone, but if you can score well, you'll get the jobs and there are usually plenty.

Good luck, and don't be put off by the negative reviews you might read - there are plenty of us that fare very well on Vivatic and we need to speak up too. There will always be a few bad eggs with a bad luck story, but don't get caught up in it, and keep it in the back of your mind that hard and honest work pays! ;-)
