If you have trouble keeping up with day to day household chores and things are getting on top of you the Flylady is for you. Her site is full of advice. You can sign up for free daily reminders of chores and indeed this is recommended as the emails fly-wash your brain into doing the right thing!!! I did not think that the site or the help offered by Flylady (free help) would be useful or effective at all but I can honestly say now after using her service for over a year that life in my house is totally different and so am I. You can read user testimonials on her site. It really can be lifechanging. The site is well organised into coloured sections. Sometimes she features certain things which may help you--e.g. focusing on food section, weight loss, relationships etc. Everything is free although she does sell a couple of items on the site but there is no obligation at all to buy. There is whole flylady community created from the website. There are many yahoo groups etc. devoted to flylady and so you can make new friends generated by an interest in her methods.
