Booked Dreamticket for our honeymoon last year 7 nights in the Maldives (kueredu) when booking asked for a beach villa. When itinerary came through before paying deposit it stated beach bungalow so I emailed them back and they apologised and sent out a new itinerary, so I paid the deposit. A few months later when the balance was due I was informed that my itinerary stating I had a beach villa was a typing error!! And I would have to pay a further £500 to upgrade after weeks of speaking to trading standards ABTA ATOL and my solicitor I was advised to pay the balance and pursue them after our holiday. Needless to say this cast a shadow on things leading up to our wedding. After our honeymoon and several hours on the phone along with several emails and the help of the credit card company we did get our money back. Do not use do not trust I know trading standards are now keeping a very close eye on them.

When I initially booked with Dreamticket, I was a little apprehensive, having not heard of them before. After all, I was spending a considerable amount of money for a 14 night holiday to the Maldives for my wifes retirement. I needn't have worried. Dreamticket - as far as I'm concerned were brilliant, and not only that, but much cheaper than other travel company's offering the same deal at the same location. We stopped in a beach suite at the Grand Centara & Spa. It was more than we had expected and I would recommend it to anyone. Dreamticket arranged everything, and everything went smoothly, from the airport, transfers (sea plane included)and accomodation.I would definatly use Dreamticket again.

Shambolic ! And that's being generous. The level of knowledge on destinations/visas/hotels was truely worrying ! We had actually booked with them and were in the unfortunate situation of having to chase them for numerous documentation only to be passed from pillar to post. It was like dealing with kids on work experience. Nobody would ever call you back and you were left with the impression that now we have your money we don't care ! Unlucky for them we managed to get all of our money back. So my message in no uncdertain terms is avoid like the plague otherwise you may be left very heavily out of pocket.

we travelled to sri lanka with Dream ticket, we had some problems with our tour whilst out there including nights which wern't booked and hotels which were of a lesser star and monetary value than we paid for. Since returning dreamticket have failed to deal with this and are very slow to return any communications. i would not book with them again

I used Dreamticket last year to go to Mauritius, Billy Nicholson was very helpful replying promptly to my emails and phone calls. I was happy with the holiday, there was someone at the airport on landing to point me to my transport and the hotel was just as described in the advert. I will use them again.

I have booked my honneymon to Maldives last August...I had no problems with DreamTicket, everything was just how we asked for... I will use Dreamticket again, in my future holidays!

I booked a holiday to Dubai with Dreamticket last year. Teressa Bates was the agent and her service was outstanding. We stayed at the Atlantis and had an brilliant holiday. The only reason I am not giving Dreamticket 5 stars is because I was irritated at first by the fact that none of the prices on their website actually reflect whats available as they say their site is like an online brochure. It was still however the cheapest deal when comparing it to the other sites that do show live availability.

We booked a Xmas holiday to Thailand and Angel at Dream Ticket did a great job of finding flights within our budget and recommending a variety of hotels. All of the arrangements went to plan with the transfers excellent to enable our 3 part holiday. Will use again and recommend to friends

Loved the Satthorn hotel (was the Radisson) in Bangkok - had 2 bedroom suite with living area. Red Ginger in Krabi was great but need to stipulate family room as they offered us a double room for the 4 of us but they quickly resolved this. Centara in Pattaya had a fab water park but beware lots of rude Russians! Definitely go half board at Centara because the food is expensive.
