Do Your Homework
I am in the process of booking a trip to Italy for my family of four. They sent me the itinerary and the cost was $16,400. I asked for them to delete the airfare from the quote and it came back $5,000 cheaper. United, AA and Delta will all fly my family of four from NY to Rome and from Venice back to NY for $2,800. I understand that business needs to make a profit, but almost double the actual cost. I assume now that the rest of the price is bloated as well. Check actual fares before signing on with this company.
PS If you ask you will not get the price quote itemized which speaks for itself.

Rome And Greece Experience
Overall the trip was superb. Outside of the Aitalia Airline being 3 hours late for departure but that's not something that european/ Tripmasters fault. What I find not cleared by Tripmasters was that the city sightseeing hop on hop off bus at Athens didn't include the beach part of the hop on hop off bus also the Acropolis half day tour did not include the museum entrance so on both tour additional expenses were incurred and that's not right since I purchased a tour thinking it was all included. Besides that inconvenience everything else was a excellent experience. The Region hotel was excellent right in the middle of everything, restaurants, soghts, buses, trains walking distance to everything. At Rome all went superb. In Athens the Pan hotel was excellent the breakfast was better than I expected. DIMITRI the night reception person was superb in all aspects of helping out with recommendations fir eating, touring and in general information about Greece. The troubles were with the tours in Athens I wouldn't use these tour companies again but the experience in both countries were excellent and europeans/Tripmasters package on a overall was excellent. I am happy with european/Tripmasters and have a 2nd trip booked with them to Prague in December and look forward it being another great experience. Also looking to do an Asian trip with them as well.Thank You all staff at European /Tripmasters.

Rome Anniversary Trip
My wife and I wanted to go for about a week to Rome to see some of the religious and secular sights for our anniversary. We wanted to go in May 2013 but we delayed in booking until April so I had little hope of success European Destinations to the rescue. They got us non-stop airline tickets from Chicago to Rome and back and let us choose from well over 100 hotels. On their website the cost would adjust as you would make the changes. So we ended up with a wonderfully quaint hotel with breakfast included two blocks from the only Church in Rome with daily EVENING Masses in English St Susannas. We were walking distance from the subway and several moderately priced restaurants. All of this was important since we are seniors. The cost for hotel and airfare – about $3300. You could book the tours through them but you could pick and choose what you wanted or nothing at all. You want to do a destination in Europe where you call the shots not a tour director, chose European Destinations. By the way, my daughter and husband have taken two trips with them since then and again no hitches.

Feel Very Comfortable With Them.
I used them in 2014 for a trip to Greece, it was very well done. Not a glitch or hitch. I am now using them for a new vacation to Barcelona, France and Italy. Very costly, but they make it worth it. They are very attentive and I have been prompt with all of my needs. I would suggest them to anyone I know. The only down side I think is some hotels are not offered that I would prefer. But when they use a hotel, it's very competitive in price and they are as stated. I will use them agin and again. It is wonderful that they let you customize your vacation to what you have dreamed of. I love them!

Amazing Service
From the planning to the end of the trip I received nothing but caring excellent support! I had many question and concerns booking a 26 day European vacation to 4 countries and 6 hotels. They responded immediately to everything. The execution of the actual trip was flawless, every flight and hotel was as promised. We had a problem with the last hotel, keep in mind I chose this hotel from the many offered and they actually cared that we were unhappy. They contacted me and followed up with the hotel. They also contacted us when one of our flights was moved up, the airline didn't so if we hadn't booked through them we may have missed that flight. I will use them again for sure, I cant wait to go on my next vacation!

Do Your Research!
I am planning a trip to Italy and Amsterdam and have conducted exhaustive research about the various travel sites which help to coordinate trips. This is the bottom line about europeandestinations: I did use this company for a trip to London and Paris, purchasing only hotel rooms and airfare to London/Paris. That trip went smoothly so I have been considering them for an upcoming trip. I have discovered that their hotel prices are competitive. If you combine airfare and hotel costs, they are basically identical to expedia or orbitz (depending on deals of the moment). The problem arises with transport to/fro the airport; train fares in Italy (they charge twice the price); plane fare from Naples to Amsterdam (more than 4X as expensive); etc. In other words, read the tripadvisor reviews of any hotels and look at the photos so that you know what you are purchasing (there are some unbelievably scummy places for rent in Europe). Compare plane fares using Kayak (single flights might be cheaper). While their tours might be close in price to other companies, they are less reliable in relation to quality. Please remember that hotel rooms can be miniscule in Europe (I have seen some single rooms with as little as 86 SF) and AC should not be expected to work well unless customer reviews substantiate this.

Worse Service
We are spending over 6k on a trip to Europe, Paris happen to be one of the destinations. The country is in a state of emergency , and TSA are stating that it still dangerous and people need to take precautions. I called many times to get the Paris part switched to a different country . The operators were rude, and didn't seem to care to help re- route our trip with out forking out another 2k. They said the trip is non refundable. it is going to cost another 2k to go to a different country. They are not willing to work with the hotel in Paris to get half of out money back.

Visit To Rome, Florence And Venice Was Well Done By Them
We planned a 9 day trip to Rome, Florence and Venice. It was a wonderful trip. European Destinations made it very easy to book and customize our trip. They responded immediately to any questions. All of our vouchers arrived early. The tours they recommended were good. The one of the Roman Coliseum was very well done and I am grateful as I talked to another traveler who had a very poor guided tour of it. Our side trip the person I dealt with recommended to Pompeii was my favorite. Every service we booked through him went off without a problem. I checked all the hotels through Trip Advisor and had no issues there. We used Rick Steve's Italy book to find good restaurants. I will absolutely use them again as the pricing was fantastic! Very easy to use website. Highly recommend them. We had our airfare from Phoenix, 9 days and 7 nights in hotels, first class train seats, all breakfasts, airport pick up and departure shared transfers, half day walking tour of Rome, full day tour of Pompeii including lunch and hiking Mt. Vesuvius, Water boat tour in Venice and Full day hiking tour in Cinque Terra and full medical and trip insurnce for $2400 a person.
