I very rarely give negative reviews, but this business is a joke. The product never arrived after over a month, they charged my credit card. Never answered my phone call and never returned an email I wrote them. Canceled my credit card charge and decided to not do business here. You should look elsewhere if you want a product with service.

Horrible place to order from I ordered dog easterbaskets got a email that they recieved my order then never got it I tried all day to get ahold of the owner by phone and email and got no response I left alot of messages still nothing don't oreder it isn't worth the hasslei had to give it a one star it should be a minus one star

Too bad that there was no option for zero star. I had such a terrible experience with this company.

It took them 2 months to deliver my Furrari dog bed. I tried to reach them many times but NO response. No explanation or apology. Nothing! The quality of the bed wasn't great either. The back 'headrest' keeps collapsing. It doesn't look as sharp as shown on the ad. I was so unimpressed with this company. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Order two items and was only sent one and cannot get a hold of the company. Tried emailing and calling to no avail. Going to start fraud charges with me credit card company. Wish I has read the reviews before ordering.

I like the toys I've purchased from this site for the past couple of years. They changed their focus to be just funny stuff recently (maybe someone bought the company?) and the stuff they pick is hilarious. All my friends love the things I get from them. I have them shipped to my office because everyone wants to see and pass around the toys. Everything ships quickly and it's easy to contact the company's customer service folks if there's an issue. I had one item that was too small and the exchange was simple and quick. No complaints!

This is one of my favorite sites for pet products. I love everything they have. I have been buying from them for the past 4 years for my Bichon's birthday and Holiday toys and treats. Everything is at least as good as I expect it to be, except for one item, which was promptly replaced and the replacement worked fine. I have never had an issue with the products, shipping or customer service. I would highly recommend this site for anyone looking for something a little different (not the best place to find your dog's favorite toy from 10 years ago, though).

I ordered a dog water bottle on June 10. They of course, with drew the money from my account the next day. I checked back about a week later on the status and the email said "back order". I forgot about it for a few weeks and checked again, "In process". Now it's August 7 (almost two months later) and I have not receieved the item or gottan a response from the company. Tried calling once (not sure if the phone number even hooks up to the company) and have wrote to "Lisa" twice asking for a refund (which I know i'll never see). This place is rediculously slow and unreliable. I will NEVER buy anything from them EVER!

I am disappointed in the fact that I ordered a replacement cover for the Burrow Bed on May 15th & just got it June 6th … I was also very disappointed to see that the ship date on the package was June 4th . & am extremely disappointed in the workmanship - there is a 3 inch gap where the Velcro does not have a match – so there is an opening in the back because the Velcro has nothing to hold on to. I am so bummed about this!! So bummed! I waited so long, purposely went back to them because of the great workmanship on the original cover (it’s not that difficult of a piece to make – I can see how it can be done, easily) but wanted their quality & workmanship & am quite disappointed.

I did work with Lisa & she tried to find out what the issue was - I didn't agree w/ the assessment & probalby will not order from this company again - but Lisa was very helpful!

Very disappointed, had to reach out to them after 2 weeks to find out why I had not received any of the items they had charged me for. Finally after nearly 3 weeks, received 1/2 my order and was told the other half won't come for another 1.5 months!! Have sent 2 emails thus far to cancel. I would neither order from this company again nor recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a backpack for our Dog last week on the 13th. The website claims that the orders will ship within 24-48 hrs with email notification unless the item is not in stock, which would also send an email notification. After one week i have heard nothing from this company in regards to the status of my order. I have sent 4 Emails, the last being a request for a refund and still have heard nothing back from them. If it was going to take longer than expected Im ok with it but a little communication would go a long way as I'm starting to feel as if I've been scammed or something. I would not recommend this site to anyone and would never place an order with them again.
