I purchased a resume and cover letter (to be delivered for revisions within 24 hours) from this bogus company. 9 hours past the deadline, and because I received no response from company (email or phone) and needed time to make revisions before submitting for a deadline—I filed a dispute with PayPal. THEN the company DECIDED TO respond— to the dispute. This was to further lead me on as they said they would send within 24 hours. I responded that it was too late to do so bc the 24 hour window had long past but that I expected the deliverables within an hour so I could make revislions and submit — or I wanted a refund if they couldn’t come through. They continued to deflect responsibility onto me claiming that everyone responds differently and they can’t meet all customers expectations even when they aspire to exceed expectations (gaslighting). My expectation was simple- I pay- you deliver within window of time as promised — I waited 9 hours past the 24 hour mark to each out to PayPal!’

Now— the second day since placing my order— they have responded to my subsequent emails (sent last night hoping to get the resume in time to submit last minute) repeating the same crazy talk that they do deliver in 24 hours but thatI since I requested a refund — they no longer would deliver my product and issued refund. Saying over and over that you deliver in 24 hours does not make it true— my filing an inquriry on PayPal and later a request for refund was loopooooong after the 24 hour window. Not related to your inability to deliver and persistent denial of the truth while deflect blame on customer.

Icing on the cake— they also asked me to stop threatening them. Haha. Ever the victim - poor you who falsely advertises -/takes money from trusting customers— then doesn’t deliver the product as promised.

Telling the truth about what happened and making clear requests for a product or a refund is not a threat. Calling you on your excuses and attempts to deflect responsibility is not a threat. Telling you my husband works in cyber security and my BIL in IT is not a threat. We are investigating your company. Truth. So— get your act together ASAP and stop messing with people’s lives and money. Further steps will be taken if I do not receive the refund promptly. Again, not a threat. I will respond to your action in a justified manner.

This is a fake company. The phone numbers provided are fake. Thank God I used PayPal to pay for cause I am going to request for my money back.

have NOT HEARD from the writer in 2 days concerning my requests and comments... what happen to the personal contact (not email) like the website noted?

YES, I WANT A DIFFERENT WRITER... (EMPLOYEE NAME) is not a writer and her emails back to me are laced with poor grammar and typos... I DONT NEED HER WORKING ON MY RESUME if see cant write an email. In addition, her formatting of my resume LOOK CHILDISH and unprofessional and I would NEVER send something out looking that poor. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICES and want my money back

Their web page with its promises is a sham. Nobody is identified in the company. the only telephone provided goes auto reply and their chat only provides a message to call the telephone number. They won't call for fear of discovery and will not sign emails.

I paid $67...no resume....no goods and services...no merchandise nothing in return. The phone number listed on the website is fake, bogus...it belongs to an appliance company.They took my money and I got nothing in return, absolutely nothing, nada, rien, zilch....this is a total scam! Do not deal with them.....They say 24 hrs turnaround??? I have nothing to show for my $67

strange review. may be different from customer to customer. but this company is highly recommended by mom . no harm in trying as she's pleased with what she got from them

DO NOT USE WEBTECH RESUME SERVICE!!! Wow - where to start! First of all it took my over TWO WEEKS to get a hold of anyone because the payment portion of the website was down (which should have been a sign!)Every time I filled out the information portion of the website (like answer questions about your work history and training) the site would not allow me to submit the information, and it would clear the page. So finally I just copied and pasted all the information and emailed them, asking for help. They sent me a link to enter payment information and nothing else, which I did. The resume I received was AWFUL. Not only were there misspellings and poor grammar, the Work History was a direct copy of my original! They literally just copied & pasted it from the copy I provided. They did not provide any service other than add key words with checkmarks along the side of my resume. They didnt even put an objective on my resume... I am SO mad - I am really, really upset because I really wanted a new resume! Not the same resume in new format...

This company sucks!!!! I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. They take your money but do not respond to you at all. All the numbers provided are no longer in use or when you leave a message you get no return phone call. This is simply a rip off and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

Purchased a mattress from Memory Foam Warehouse. Unfortunately, I could not get used the mattress (all memory foam) and had to take their 60 day exchange offer and ordered another with springs and memory foam. I have only just received this mattress so cannot as yet say whether it is going to be all I hoped for but it is definitely softer.

We had a problem with delivery of the second mattress as the first one was collected and the second was not delivered until the following day. Memory Foam Warehouse were very apologetic but that didn't help me. In fairness the fault was not theirs it was the fault of the delivery company (NightFreight) they dispatched the mattress to the wrong depot.

Anyway, cutting a long story short, we now have the second mattress and I will let you know whether they are all that they are cracked up to be.
