My items still haven't shown up desipte it being a month like every one else's reviews I've read they say it's out of stock yet they took my money quick enough.

I will be taking this further with trading standards

Honestly never had such bad customer service I received short blunt rude emails when I question where my items were and given different reasons each email.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES!

You order a product, they take your money but say the product is out of stock. Months later I still don't have my money back. There's other reviews that say the same! The customer service is appalling! I only ever got a response when I threatened them with Trading Standards!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I AM REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS!

I am left with shoes I can't wear.Supposed to be size 6, more like a 4. I waited a month for them, no email as promised to say when they were dispatched.I had to follow up myself.No response to my email asking to return the shoes, as set out in their returns policy.You need a number from them in order to return goods.That was about a month ago.They don't answer emails or phone calls.This is a terrible company, with no customer service whatsoever.It would appear they just want your money, and ignore you after that.I will be taking this up with trading standards.They should be closed down.

I am left with shoes which are wrongly sized, therefore not fit for purpose, and I want a refund.I will certainly not let this rest, and will take legal advice.

We purchased 3 packets of vintage milk bottles (3 bottles per pack) advertised at £1.99 for 3, good value.

The payment was taken 3 x 1.99 plus VAT and potage a total of £8.47. We should have received 9 bottles.

We only received 3 bottles. I contacted them and they apologised and said they would sent the other 6.

A few days later we had another email stating that actually they had made a mistake with their pricing and if we wanted the other bottles we would have to pay an addition £1.99 per bottle - although we already had an invoice and payment made for 9 bottles.

We exchanged a few emails where I stated we had paid and wanted our products. They didn't supply the goods. We have since purchased 6 bottles from wilkinsons for £4.

Appalling customer service would never buy from here again!

I ordered some stuff for my cousin's hen party. The things did take a little time to arrive, but luckily I had ordered in plenty of time

I recently purchased a personalised pocket watch for my best man and although I did check with an email that it would be on time, It has arrived just over a week after ordering and is perfect! I had read reviews before ordering but went ahead regardless as they would seem to be a newish company and are allowed to make some errors surely? No the telephone was not answered when I rang as others have said and no formal response to my email which can make you uneasy as we are all hoping to get things on time. But all said and done the product was great and I will use again, the only constructive critique would be to keep the customer informed as best as possible but otherwise I have no complaints and thank you!

I have recently used this company for hen do t shirts and hoodies. The service was fantastic. My tops were all ready within 24hours. Whats more they saved me from embarrassment when I forgot to order one for one of the hens and they actually had the t shirt ready for me within a couple of hours!! Already planning to use them again!

Do not buy anything from these people! I purchased 6 disposable cameras for £33, they emailed me to say they didn't have the colour I wanted but I could have a different colour, I replied that this was fine. I never got the cameras. I tried emailing them, phoning them and tweeting them. They never answer their phone or reply to any messages and now their email contact no longer works. As far as I'm concerned they've stolen £33 from me. I tried to leave them a final message threatening to report them to trading standards if they didn't refund my money but the answer machine cut off after about 10 seconds.

I'm going to ask my bank if they can refund the money as I'm not sure what else to do.

I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SWINDLERS!

I ordered a Christmas gift the first week in December, by the 20th I had given up hope of this ever coming in time for Christmas, and no one had responded to my emails chasing it up. By the end of the first week in Jan, still no gift, or response from email. No one answered the phone either!! I finally got a response from one of my emails a few weeks later asking me if I still wanted the item, so I said yes as I had paid for it.. yet 2 weeks later, still no item. I then demanded a full refund which I was promised, but again 2 weeks later I had not received this. I emailed them once again, and days later got told that I should have received it as it had left their account.. I hadn't, so went back to them yet again demanding that I receive this or else I will report them to trading standards, and then suddenly the money was refunded, the middle of February! Do not use this company.

I bought some wedding favours online on 25th January, the items came on 4th Feb and were well-packaged but unfortunately the items were not the same at what was pictured on the website (and therefore what I had based my order on). I requested a refund and RMA number to parcel them off as soon as possible, I received a reply 4 days later offering me a 10% discount. As I already had some of the pictured item I didn't want the others as they wouldn't match, I refused the discount and said I'd prefer the refund. I have had no reply since. I sent 4 emails to check if my reply had been received and have still heard nothing.

I'm really not impressed.
