The pricing is reasonable. That is what got me interested in this website in the first place. However, I had an issue when I tried to go from the free trial to the paid hosting. Basically, I was charged the $30, but the website didn't get set up, and there was no email confirmation or any way for me to go back and complete the website I paid for. I tried contacting customer support about 6 times in the matter of a couple of weeks. Nothing. They claim they have an online chat customer support during the hours of 9-5 MST Monday-Friday. Only Monday works for me in that time frame. I checked several times in that time period, and the chat was never online.

Basically, I paid $30 for a service I never received, and customer support is non-existent. I think that once upon a time, their customer service may have existed. However, at some point, I think this website lost its support, perhaps unable to pay for the employees, and since then there has been no way to communicate. I think the website still allows people to pay for the service, and if you happen to have no issues, maybe it works fine. But if you have ANY problems, you're on your own. That is unacceptable. I have switched to a FREE wedding design site, which quite frankly is far better. The editing is more user friendly, you have more control over what pages there are and what order they appear in. I advise everyone to avoid wedpagedesigns. Browse around a little bit more. There's plenty out there.

The Web Page Designs wedding website would get a tremendous amount of business if they offered password protection and an easier viewing of slide shows (with enlarge photo function).
