This site is far away from " Elite" as you can get.

You have to pay your membership upfront for 3 or 6 months.

They advertise +100,000 new member registrations per month, but I think that is not true. I was given 10 matches who according to them match my profile.....

This comes as a shock! You are not able to search for men on that site on your own, you are served what the database delivers. Non of these matches I was provided with was suitable, there is no option to choose some specifics, for example I'm personally not interested in meeting a man who has children, but with EliteSingles this option is not available all 10 matches had children! Or there is no option to search for a man with a similar income/ education.

I'm a sucessful business woman and expect to meet someone on my level when it comes to income and lifestyle, but I was given builders and teachers as suitable matches?!!

I get the impression they cash your money and throw at you whatever is available, no way of choosing your own matches, what they have generated is far from what I would consider as a suitable match.

Very plain site with very few options, I am very dissapointed with the fact that I have joined EliteSingles and that I have lost £149.70 on my membership fee which is not refundable ....

You pay a premium membership fee and they play the God deciding who is a suitable match for you and who is not? Why not give us the option to actually choose our own matches and ability to look throught all profiles?

My advice is simple -stay way from this site!

I've used a couple of internet dating websites over the years, but these guys take the biscuit for being the most crooked and offering the worst matches.

They offer some good prices to get started, but then automatically renew your membership without letting you know, in my instance they renewed my membership for an eye-watering £227.50 for 6 months which i think is absolutely over the top i am in the process of appealing this via my card company... Their customer services team havent been particularly helpful and come across as extremely dodgy in my eyes, they dont even offer a customer services number i am able to call and discuss my concerns with.

In terms of matches, they've been pretty bad... I spent all the time answering questions about what i was looking for, and what i wasn't looking for, and yet, i was getting matches that didnt even remotely resemble what i was after.

My advice, would be to stick to the bigger more recognised brands like Eharmony or Match, dont make the same mistake i did and buy in their marketing.

4 times as expensive as some other sites and no better. Subscriptions are taken without advise or warning. I tried to cancel the day my subscription for £140 ish was debited but they refused to refund. I will now be subjected to the same members in the match section time over and over again

What a waste of time and money

Not much better that Match.com and that's saying something! Poor response from members and they do the search for you based upon your details, consequently no choice in respect of bodyweight, shape! Subscriptions are on the high side and automatically repeating without authorisation, unless you cancel! The positive is that they do have a dedicated customer care.

I've used many dating sites and not partial to my positive comments but elitesingles.co.uk is one worthy of praise. It's very similar to eharmony.co.uk in the sense that you have to fill in a very long questionnaire as part of the signing up process. However, unlike eharmony, elitesingles is rather fun to use and so far has presented me with some success. The only downside is that the subscription fees are very high.
