They Deleted My Wifes Account
Forevermissed deleted my wife's account and her fathers memorial and all of her stories. First they said that due to a complaint from 1 of the my wife's daughters they transferred the account to her ^ she deleted it. Then they say they did not transfer the acct but deleted it themselves.. they can even get their stories straight.
Then they say that the posts I made under my wife's account were "unauthorized". But I was the heir to her account, as it is part of her estate, also I was an admin of her account.. and therefore I feel I was "authorized".
So in short they made a decision to delete the account without contacting me or anyone associated with her account but took arbitrary action to delete her account. And they refuse to answer my emails.. they only respond it seems when I post my reviews.
Also, their website is very slow and your control over the different features is very limited. Save your money.. create a memorial site on findagrave or some similiar site for free or pay 10$ and get rid of the adds..

An Excellent Way To Remember Those We Have Lost.
I like this website. It is very user friendly. At this time of sadness when losing a loved one, developing our memorial site was so healing. Selecting pictures, music, and seeing kind words from family and friends gave a feeling of peace.
Thank You!
What you do is so special! this memorial site means so much to me! It has been very beneficial in my dealing with my grief for the loss of my beloved husband. It has also been really good for my family!
Thank you so much for what you do!

Terrible Customer Service
There are some really nice online memorial sites that are inexpensive and some free but forevermissed is one that I would not recommend. Their customer service is non-existent, no phone number and the options for memorials are limited. I viewed some of the online memorials before setting up one for our family member and had some questions about the paid membership, never received a reply but figured it's free and should be ok for that version which I can close at anytime. It's very limited and I also noticed in viewing some of their memorials that there are several pretend or fake obituaries if you will. Really strange. That's concerning because if the site owners cannot even answer inquiries and monitor their site it's not something I'd want to be affiliate with in anyway. I opted for a more advanced paid online memorial with another site so that I can have more control and also better customer service.

As Good As It Gets
Four years ago, Sept 4th, 2011, I joined Forever Missed. I found it by accident. This has been one of the greatest finds of my life. When my wife of 39 years passed on Nov 2, 2010, I was hurt, lost and in desperate need of guidance. Then, one day I was searching the web for some place I could write about her. I stumbled onto forevermissed.com and it changed my life; as I set up her memorial that day, I knew I would have a safe place to go and visit her as often as I liked. I still miss her terribly, but having access to her on a daily basis helps with the grief. I know that now, because when I look at her I don't get that overwhelming feeling of sadness and tears. I can now think of the happier times, fond memories made, and the love we shared. Thank you for proving such an elegant platform for us to share in our loss.

Great Way To Keep My Memories Alive.
I am so happy that I discovered this memorial website. I always wanted to create a special tribute to my grandfather whom I adored so much and when I came across Forever Missed I finally find a way to do it. There is a wide selection of different designs and color templates to choose from. The pages a very easy to navigate, there are many features such us personal page with history, pictures and gallery sharing. The page can be updated at any time I want, it is really a way to create a long lasting, living memory. I am very happy with it and I would recommend it!

Great Site. Makes It Really Easy To Set Up A Memor
Great site. Makes it really easy to set up a memorial page for a loved one and invite people to post & share memories. I was able to pick from lots of attractive templates for the memorial, too. Pricing is really reasonable (the option to get the page hosted "for a lifetime" is only 75 bucks).

I Spent Quite A Bit Of Time Researching Ways To He
I spent quite a bit of time researching ways to help my family remember the passing of my grandmother. I considered building a website from the ground up but didn't have the comfort level to design and program it, nor did I want to spend more than $1000 to have someone else build the site. When I finally came across ForeverMissed.com, I was relieved. In under an hour, I had posted pictures, written Grandma's life story, and invited a bunch of family members to add to the memorial.
Positives: Easy to use, lots of functionality, no ads, intuitive user interface.
Negatives: It would be nice if there were a way to easily import photos from Facebook.
Overall: Highly recommended.
