Excellent pick up service, however 6 working days to inspect, ending with a £45 value reduction due to a couple of apparent 'blotches on the screen'. In my opinion the computer was in perfect condition even down to the original cellophane wrapping of the screen, mouse, keyboard cables etc.all shipped in the original packing & shipping boxes (both inner & outer). Albeit, I could have disputed the reduced offer and asked for my iMac to be returned, I decided to accept it as I did not want to go through the whole process again with an alternative company. Upon acceptance I received my payment by bank transfer, almost by return. Another point for potential Mac4Cash users is that in the original valuation, no additional value was given for an SSD factory extra which was installed as well as the standard HD. I also spoke to the proprietor about this and he confirmed that this was to be the case.

Sent a MacBook Air on 30 Nov 2016, machine graded on 9 December 2016, quote accepted and finally got paid on 4 January 2017. Whole process took 23 business days - their website claims they aim to everything done in 5 business days. I wouldn't have been paid at all had I not called on 3 separate days to remind them.

Be warned all sellers, they do not wipe your machine prior to selling them

I was called by some dodgy guy offering to sell me back my personal photos and details from my old machine

Which can only mean they aren't being data wiped before they resell

It was with some sadness that I decided to trade in my MacBook, but I'd found that since acquiring an iPad Pro some months ago, I hadn't actually used my Macbook.

The MacBack process was swift and efficient, it would have been even swifter had the dispatch label not been trapped in my junk filter, but I took my parcel to my local dispatch point and bade it a sad farewell.

The next day I received an email confirming receipt and advising that my Macbook was being assessed. I had no problem with this as I look after my toys.

A couple of days later they asked for my bank details and the next day the funds were duly deposited.

It's as painless as these things can be, it's never easy saying goodbye to an Apple product, but hopefully it's going to a new home that appreciates it as much as I did.

Good price for MacBook Pro (best offer found). Easy to arrange via website. Collection by courier on day which suited me. Quoted price was paid.

I shopped around to find the best price I could for my old Macbook Pro and Mac4Cash offered the best price by far (twice as much as some others). What impressed me most was the simplicity of the service - a quick form online to tell them what you're selling, pick a date of your choice and a courier will arrive with a crate to take it away. No messing with packing it up yourself, and they use DPD so you get a 1 hour slot on the day.

Full process took 1 week, and the payment was made straight after it was approved. Overall an excellent experience

If you are reading this review unsure of trading in your used computers,iPads .iPhones etc then take my advise and look no further.

I have just traded in an iPad 2 with Mac4 cash and their service is second to none.

They give you a fair price and pay very promptly all in all an excellent company I honestly cannot praise them enough.
