They said a few days was all it would take. Nearly 2 months passed with nothing happening at all. I eventually was able to make contact with them only to be quoted half of the money promised. I said if they couldn't "match Carphone Warehouse's price, just send the phones back". They agreed to pay the same as the rival saying that the payment would be "in your account tomorrow". After no payment was made for another couple of weeks and with them not answering my calls, I emailed stating that I would be taking legal action as I had no other choices left. They paid that day. I can whole heartedly say never ever deal with this company, It feels like they are run by a toddler group. Every other company in this industry will give you far better service and a better price.

This was a disgusting service. Offered £161 online 3 weeks before xmas. Sent phone off special delivery with all the paperwork. They confirmed receipt 3 times and today i was told that it was in lost and found. They then told me that they would only give me £100 as there was significant damage to the phone. There was two light scratches on the back and a very slight scratch to the top corner. Told them not acceptable and he was adamant that they would only go up to £125. Was told 4 different things by people and have 3 times been promised payment the following week. They blamed xmas and that they were busy. Avoid like the plague as you won't get what you bargained for!! Going to report them for false advertising and failure to pay.
