After buying a iPhone 5s from them at £169:99 , was used for 5 months then went faulty. Was told to send phone back to them, did that heard nothing back from them so I emailed still nothing then 6 weeks later was told there still looking into it. Then another 2 weeks later I asked for a refund was told after 2 days later can’t have a refund they would fix it. So I’ve lost my iPhone and my £169:99

bought a phone apple i phone started going wrong within a week. staff not helpful didn't pick up the phone, and talked nonsense when I did finally contact them, a total waste of money. stay clear of this business and quick mobile fix, Ilford run by the same person

What ever you do don't use them. I bought a phone from them that turned out to have a faulty home button. I posted it back and some hoe they never got it. They supplied me with a prepaid letter but no tracking number. To cheap for that. Now 2 and weeks latter they are refussing to open a claim with royal mail because they didn't supply me with a tracking number. They are very fast to take your money and send you defective item but then offer any aftercare service. I've asked them for there address and who ever is in charge so that I can take them to small claims court. Guess what, no reply.

I hope they see this and actually pull there finger out of there behind.

This company sells phones on eBay that it doesn't actually have in stock. They advertise that your order will be delivered next day, but when you contact them to ask where your delivery is they try to fob you off with "it's next day after we've got one, and processed it, so it maybe in a week?" -not next day delivery then.

For refunds, they again give you excuses about contacting couriers that don't exist, managers that spend their entire working day 'at lunch' and so on and so fourth. What ever you do, do not order from them. Reported to trading standards.

Sent me an item not as described - it was a bulky item so I contacted them return postage was considerable. no problem just return it they said. So I did then they refuse to refund return postage.

Probably the dodgiest seller on ebay - avoid.

I bought a camera tripod from these people on ebay, I paid for it at about 2.30pm one afternoon and I recieved it in the post the following day.

Absolutely astounded at the price and also customer relations.

Unfortunately a small piece of the tripod came off so I contacted them to explain and "WOW" guess what happened next.

Within 10 minutes I had a reply back from a man called Shane who was very appologetic and he said that a replacement was already in the post.

I told him that I was willing to take a photo of the broken part and his response was to say "No nead I trust you" now that speaks volumes in itself.

He went on to say that they take customer satisfaction very seriously and boy do they mean what they say.

the following day a replacement came through and I am more than happy with it.

I am also more than happy with the way these people treat their valued customers, I take my hat off to you "UNIVERSALGADGETS01" many more sellers could take a leaf out of your book, good luck for what I am sure will be a prosperous future.
