Terrible Product And Customer Service

I absolutely do not recommend any company purchase this product. The subscription service is difficult to use with terrible navigation, limited options to manage subscriptions and employee settings, the interface is extremely outdated and cumbersome, and most importantly, their customer service is terrible. They will take your money and not care one bit if you are unsatisfied.

£6k Later, Got A Complete Headache. Would Have Bee

£6k later, got a complete headache. Would have been better off going elsewhere for the money. There are other doc prep companies, why choose this one?

Courseware Not Applic

I attended a GDPR course last week. After the first day of class, I realized this was not exactly what I signed up for. The instructor spent most of the day chatting about various topics, he changed course content during the training because he did not agree with the ITG courseware, and spent more time discussing privacy laws around the world, rather than the EU laws. I withdrew after the first day because I knew this would be a complete waste of time. I asked for a full refund, and they refused based on their policy. Beware all future trainees! This organization does not appear to stand by its product.

Unable To Understand The Training Instructors

2 Candidates attended the course on different days.

This first candidate's course, a number of attendees complained of the inability to understand the course instructors English. The Instructor was changed.

Myself (the second candidate) I was unaware of this, however again unable to understand the French tutor correctly which I'm sure contributed to scoring lower in the exam.

Certified Ethical Hacker Course London

Having attended the Certified Ethical Hacker course LONDON at a cost of approx £2,500 I was disappointed to learn at the end of the 3rd day of the 5 day that the training material that we were supposed to learn was meant to be taught to prepare all 10 delegates for the exam. The pre-requisites for the course were poorly communicated, the requirement for "iLABs" was sent out on a Friday evening)and some delegates had struggled to get this setup - and then it wasn't even used because the notes hadn't been sent out. Apparently there was very bad communication between the IT governance office and the tutor (and everyone else apparently). The delegates ended up sharing hard drives among themselves which wasted so much essential learning time. The course pre-information also mentioned Windows 8, which was very out of date.

It would have been good to know the syllabus, the notes and preparation required. Having contacted them, it appears that they don't even have a policy of saying sorry and making things right either. A complete shambles!

Unacceptable In Today's World

The course I took was sold through a 3rd party and delivered by IT Governance.

The trainer had a bit of a cold, which made him hard to understand sometimes.

The trainer's computer crashed whilst trying to read the slides.

I'd bought a replacement webcam because the prerequisites demanded I have a decent webcam, but no webcam was actually needed.

The trainer left the mic unmuted as he went to a nearby toilet.

But this is the big issue: The certificate was not made available for download immediately after passing the exam. I had to ask for, and wait more than 3 months(!), for the certificate to be emailed to me. In today's world, that is just preposterous.

If there's an alternative to using IT Governance in the future, that's what I will use.

I found the website navigation to be a challenge although the breadth and depth of the products and services available would be challenging for any website navigation.

The checkout process was straight forward and I received my toolkit in good time.
