Ordered books, took offer of having them delivered to a shop named by PSBooks. No word, no books. Courier website told me unable to deliver, books being returned. Contacted PSBooks, courier was unable to deliver to THEIR chosen address (!). Cancelled order but they delivered anyway to my home. Asked them to pick them up and refund, They agreed. Weeks later I still have the books and they still have my money. Contacted PSBooks, this time they said they'd send address label - week later.... you've probably guessed. They stlll got my cash. Next stop local trading standards. Did I mention this started in June (2018 but who know when it will end. Other booksellers are out there and seem to value their customers. Not PSBooks

This is why Amazon is winning. I ordered a book well in advance, as a gift. When I didn't hear anything for 4 days, I phoned and they were very apologetic, but they would call the warehouse and get it sent out the next day. AT the end of that day they phoned to say they don't actually have the book in stock, in spit of what it said on the web site. So now I have to buy from another company -- Amazon of course -- and pay overnight delivery to have it get there on time . I suggested they should give me a store credit as compensation but the manager said he would "get in trouble"

Book was shipped? But never arrived, they said they used Hermes to ship it and that they ( but not I) had access to the tracking information.

PostScript never got back to me with the tracking information.

I would certainly not recommend.

The book I ordered was despatched promptly but they use a company called Hermes whose service is awful. They "delivered" the book by dumping it in the rain outside the door, even though I was in at the time. I wrote a complaint to Postscript books but they have not replied, which shows how bothered they are about customer service. I would not use them again.

Ordered my book from Postscript Books....e mailed confirmed my order. Courier then e mailed me a tracking number and delivery date. A second e mail updated me on progress, then I received an e mail to say my book had been signed for and delivered......no it hadn't!

Telephoned Postscript Books in a panic and was spoken to by one of the nicest guys ever......he promised to get it sorted out for me and he did, within hours, I can't thank him enough. I would mention his name but not sure he would appreciate it.....but he certainly made my day. Telephoned to let him know my book had arrived thanks to his intervention and spoke to a very nice young lady. So buy with confidence from Postscript Books, any problems you may encounter the staff at Postscript will do their best to sort it out. Brilliant

Terrible service through Hermes courier. You can't even contact the courier. I requested a refund and it took ages until I receive an answer. I'm struggling for weeks to get my money back.

Stay away!!!

Purchased this book for my daughter who enjoys all aspects of the manor.

The hard back book was very large and heavy but arrived extremely well packed, not a mark on it.

From this first outing with Postscript I hope to use them again.

I ordered three books which arrived 3 days later in excellent condition, really pleased with my selection and going on holiday by coach on 6th June so can't wait to get started on them.

What I really like is the chance to buy books that I could never find in a bookshop and because they are a few years old wouldn't be stocked in the library - my 2nd home. Excellent.
