Terrible Customer Service
Placed and paid for an order on the 3rd December. Nothing by the 20th and tracking showed my book had not even been posted, so I asked for a refund on the 21st.
Wordery ignored my request and mailed my item on the 21st. They are still refusing to refund my money, demanding I wait another 9 to 11 days, for a gift ordered in plenty of time for Christmas.
Their total contempt for the customer in their refusal to contact, or respond, means I'll not use them again.
Order at your own risk.

I ordered a book and unfortunately it seemed to leave Wordery with part of my address missing so it did not arrive. Customer service was terrible and they told me that sometimes items are delivered without the address !!!
I eventually gotvarefund but I had to instigate a dispute through PayPal which I had to to because Wordery declined to discuss the issue with me - avoid
Still Waiting
Ordered a book on March 15th for my daughter's birthday at Easter. It should have been delivered by March 28th.I received an email to say the order was delayed on March 24th but nothing since and status on order has not changed. Totally unsatisfactory. Have requested a refund but no reply to date, will not use this website again.
First And Last Order
Took them an entire week to ship a book from their UK store in Norwich to London (payment was cleared immediately) and now they blame the weather conditions, forcasted well in advance. They claim they have 25 employees and "deal with 25,000 orders on a busy day", which means one person deals with 1,000 orders per day!?! Well, if they can't cope with such demands, why don't they hire more staff??? As it's an online shop and payment can reach their bank account in seconds, why do they need 6 days the order to reach their store???

Faulty Book
The book I ordered is faulty. Wordery have refused to replace it as I ordered 7 months ago. This contrary to the legal warranty which I highlighted to them. The book was only £8 so not worth progressing but I wouldn't shop with them again.
Delivered On Time
Only used Wordery once. I ordered a book. It arrived on time and in good condition. What more can I say?

Still Waiting For Refund
The book I ordered is on delay from the publisher with no updated date. I asked to cancel my order, which they happily obliged. I have not received my money back through PayPal yet, despite several inquiries requesting so. I've contacted PayPal asking for their help.
I shall not order from this website again, and advise that all follow suit.
Irresponsible
Prone to listing books they do not actually have in stock, thus wasting everyone's time. Two orders in row were cancelled by them for this reason, after the elapse of inordinate amount of time. I shan't make any more orders from them.

P&p Awful
Needed the delivery asap. Paid the Express Courier Delivery option on a Saturday morning. Expected it to arrive on the Monday.
Checked the Wordery T&C's and it clearly states that I would receive it on the Monday and their website stated I would receive an email with a tracking number for the delivery...none of this happened. It is now Tuesday night and I am still waiting for the delivery.
Complained and got an apology - an apology that is no good to anyone especially now that I won't be home to take it away with me tonight. Might as well as gone to WH Smith and bought it on the Saturday
