Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me.

However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. Instead they took a long time to respond to any communication and each time rejected the claim and said it was my problem.

Moral of the story is that they may be cheap but you've got to hope that nothing happens to your product as it is more than likely that they will not honour the warranty

Commande d'une tablette signalée en stock, et finalement email où on m'annonce qu'ils sont en rupture de stock !

La tablette est toujours en stock au moment où j'écris ces lignes, surement pour piéger les clients.

J'attends toujours un remboursement Paypal.

je suis tres décu commande passé pour un nokia lumia indiqué "en stock", quelques jours plus tard, on me demande de bien vouloir patienter car il n'est pas en stock mais va bientot arriver. De nouveau apres 3 jours on me dit finalement que le téléphone ne sera pas reapprovisionné donc on me prosose soit d'en choisir un autre mais a quel prix? on ne sait pas! ou de le rembouser. Lorsque un produit est indiqué enb stock sur le site et bien ça veut pas dire qu'il y est!!!

La contrepartie en ai parfois un délai rallongé quand les produits vienne de hong Kong comme ce telephone que j'ai attendu prés de deux semaines.

Le sachant, trés bon site pour ceux qui peuvent attendre

L'achat et la transaction se sont bien passés mais juste que pour 17€ de frais d'expédition et une réception en 2 semaines et demi et un suivi de commande vraiment lent et incomplet, ça porte préjudice à cette entité.

Pourtant les produits sont bons et peu cher mais tout ceci peut repousser le client à revenir acheter.

A corriger sérieusement et cela permettra à contribuer à la notoriété de site e-commerce bon marché.

Trés satisfait aprés la réception d'un coolpix P520 et d'un objectig Sigma 10-20mm. Expédition et reception dans un temps record. Matéreil OK.

american power adapter so does not fit directly in french plugs

finally everything is ok and in time but the whole process seams

J'avais commandé cet objectif sur un autre site qui indiquait qu'il était disponible, et après presque 3 mois j'ai annulé ma commande ne voyant rien venir.

Très satisfait du site, j'ai commandé un SIGMA 85mm f1.4 pour mon alpha77 de Sony et je n'ai eu aucun problème.

Délai d'une dizaine de jours.

Je recommande vivement ce site, les prix y sont très intéressants.

J'ai d'ailleurs depuis fait des photos et c'est un très bon objectif pour faire des portraits.
