Terrible

I ordered a diana camera, on the 23rd december, 9am, i paid £45 for express delivery. Nowhere on the site did it say there would be no deliveries on 24th december. I am still waiting for the item to arrive, i have sent emails to the help section (and received no reply), the site also has no visible contact number to call. All in all, lomography has robbed me of £45. why have the 'express delivery' option when it doesnt even arrive at the stated time. I would like the postage money to be refunded

I Am Having A Terrible Experience With The Online

I am having a terrible experience with the online shop and their customer service. I expected the delivery time to be 3-7 days after confirmation that it has been shipped. I ordered 2-3 weeks ago and still have not received an email that it has been shipped (nor do I think it has shipped). I sent an email to customer service and help, and got an automated message that they will reply me within one business day. I still have not gotten a response yet. I really wanted to like Lomography, but so far I've only been disappointed and frustrated.

Hello Simon I am also experiencing the same problem. I ordered a package two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I also sent an email and never got a reply. It would be great if I could get ahold of you and get some information because at the moment I'm just very frustrated with this system.

Konstruktor Kit Did Not Work, Poor Response From Lomography

I built my Konstruktor very carefully, looking forward to using it on holiday with my daughters, who were fascinated by the kit and the film rolls.

However, on final assembly, it was clear the shutter release was binding on the camera body somewhere, and was not working properly. I contacted Lomo, who asked me to send a video of the problem. I did, and then they asked me to return the Konstruktor to them in Vienna, which I did, promising they would either diagnose the problem or send a replacement.

They have had the camera now since the 6th August, and I have had no response. It is probably too much to expect they could return it at the same speed I sent it to them, but my emails asking for an update have been ignored and I have heard nothing at all from them, even an acknowledgement of receipt (I had to check the parcel had been signed for to show they had received it).

I guess I won't be using the camera on holiday.

I Like The Lomography Online Shop!

I really like the lomography online shop! You can find a lot of cameras and films there. They send the things you order very fast. And the web is very easy to use.You can find lots of interesting and useful articles there. My favorite part is “Piggie Points”.You can collect Piggie Points or use voucher codes to save money in the lomography online shop.That’s wonderful!!

Maybe...it Could Be Great

Yeah the shop it's nice but could be better...you can find cameras and so on but what happend when you want buy films?? Well..u can buy a lomo rolls but the others no!!! Always are out stock!!! The piggies system it's nice but i prefer the old system :)

A Great Online Shop!

I love the lomography shop! The web is very clean and useful and they send you the things you order very quickly. It's a shame that sometimes they don't have a lot of diferent films or some of them are out of stock.

In cameras and accesories there are a lot of options and sometimes with nice offers :) it's an excellent way to buy that kind of products, specially when you live far away from a lomo shop.

I Want More Slide Film

is very convenient to shop from home without having to travel to the lomoshop when there are none in my town. But I always end up taking the car or the train to go buy something that interests me and have no online store. Almost never have slide in stock. I love the slide film. Slide and black and white are my favorites film. I want a lot of kilograms of lomography xpro 200 ah ah aha ha h

Anyway I almost always buy at the store online because it is more comfortable and I can spend the whole time thinking I want what I need.

when new products .... I can take a look at the web before buying to see how are the pictures with this new film .... or how the new camera ....

We Want More Film!

I´m happy with this online shop in general. I usually make 3 or 4 orders per year with the piggies I accumulate thanks to collaborations with their magazine or contests. But I´ve missed a lot of films lately and I think that it would be very important that they bring them back to the shop, because an analogue camera without film is nothing!

The Best Way To Spread The Lomo-love

It's your one stop shop for everything Lomography! I love the way everything is explained and how they give you both, product shots and sample shots of what you an do with each camera as well as the film. The selection is very varied and the customer service is excellent. If you don't have a Lomography Store in your town, the online shop is the next best thing. One more thing to keep a look at is their bundles section, you can get a camera with real nice accessories at a discounted price.

I Love The Magic Analog

I bought some cameras in the Lomography online store. On one hand I'm happy because the shipping was fast, but I had problems with several cameras, which were not working properly. I had to change them. Also an order was lost and after two months returned to send it to me. Yet I still buy many things, like movies, albums, cameras ... because I love everything. It´s the best choice if you like analog photography

I love piggies because they help you get your dream camera :)
