I Paid, They Pretented To Do Something And That Is It
I bought a PC memory. It was supposed to arrive in maximum 7 days. They never produced a tracking number as advertised. One month later, no product. I canceled the order and asked for my money. 6 month later no money. I receive time to time some messages, saying that in short the money will come to my account or that they are trying to contact the department, or that they don´t know what happen. The new messages are not related to the old ones, do not follow the process, are just convenient lies, trying to calm me down so I may renounce the claim. They even close down the request I did on the site, it was classified "Solved". The new request received the same answers. There is no real way to get in touch with them without spending money. The most common answer is: We don´t know what happen. I know what happen. You kept my money and wait for me to give up. Cannot trust this company.

There is no customer service - regardless what they say online! No telephone numbers that work. No e-mails get answered.
My Pixmania account vanished (???) and I was left unable to track back the order details. I am now stranded with an expensive faulty printer and no chance of returning it.

Bought a phone on their website as a gift for Xmas. they have promised that the product will be delivered within 7 days. 9 days later and they didn't bother to dispatch it yet. I've contacted them on the 6th day from the purchase day kindly asking for refund since item hasn't got even shipped, but got no reply and they just keep ignoring my emails. Eventually I've had to go to Paypal to get my money back. Never again!!!
My advice would be not to buy there at all! I have tried to save few pounds (£30 over Amazon) and ended up freezing money for a month. Thank god I have paid through PayPal otherwise wouldn't have money or a phone.
Buy it elsewhere.

Such Poor Delivery And Customer Service.
I ordered the tv and as per the site expected 3 to 5 days delivery. I had no contact from them or the courier for 8 days the unit arrived finally by a courier that was different to the one they had given me details for which had such poor tracking info that I never knew where it was until an entirely different courier eventually delivered.
When I mailed them to complain I got a febble justification stating that they had delivered to the courier within the '3 to 5' days so that met their part of the deal. Abosolutely no apology or any sign that they we at fault.
Tricky slippery lot who I would not use again and recommend that you don't either as the saving was minor.

Occasionally there is an added 24-48 hours needed for order validation and preparation which is stated in our terms but otherwise the item should be with you within the 3-5 day period. Poor Customer Service/ Innaccurate Delivery Information
Product delivery meant to be 5 days - still waiting after 15days! Company took no interest! 3rd party company had run out so had it sent direct from factory in hong kong! Not good enough as said in stock!

Worst Company Ever
same as all the other buyers, advertise items they don't have in stock, take your money and run. If your one of the unlucky buyers then the ordeal is terrible. would like to meet them face to face won't be a pretty site.

Still No Tv
I am still waiting for my tv having been told it would be 3/5 days. Now seven days in and £975 poorer I can't even track my goods with the information provided.

Avoid Pixmania Terrible Company
Ordered a Nokia 925 on 23 July 2015. They said there was 5 in stock. waited 2 days and had heard nothing, they took my money straight away on day I ordered. contacted them after 3 days to be told they didnt have the black phone but had they grey phone instead so said ok i'd have the grey phone. they said would be with me in 2 days, and put dispatched on info on website. it is now 14 days later and nothing. I have put it into paypal as a claim as they just dont contact you or reply to email. they have replied once to the paypal dispute saying they are looking into it. now their website says 'partly dispatched' and mentions a tracking number which doesnt exist.
Its a terrible company, they lie, contradict themselves and are just the wprst company to get through too. If you read this review, do yourself a favour and avoid them like a plague, you would get better customer care off the local car boot!!!

Great Customer Service And Fantastic Prices On Tv
I bought Philips 7900 series. 49" UHD 3d tv from pixmania on Thursday TV arrived on Saturday but due to parcelfrce not delivering on Saturday I had to wait till Monday.
After reading comments about pixmania I was a bit concerned about my order but didn't have to be at all.
I messaged pixmania on Friday to ask about tracking number and they replied after 10 mins advising me that the tracking number will be shown under my order in my pixmania account after 24h of purchase. So it was.
TV is working perfectly fine and I saved myself about 150.
I am aware that this TV came from France so build to French specifications therefore some features may not work properly but this TV is connected to the sky box bluray player and Xbox and everything works absolutely fine.
I'm delighted with the purchase and very happy with the service I received. Would buy again and definitely recommend

My tv has arrived faulty and will not power on, I have tried to contact pixmania but have received no reply from customer service and there is no answer on the phone
