Disgusting Product

You might as well set fire to your money rather than use Tesco photos.. you will get a better print from a basic home printer. I paid £18 + postage for something I would not have paid £1 for. I have not seen such poor standards as this for a product in many years………avoid!

Very Disappointed .

I have been a loyal customer of tesco photo for many years and have spent hundreds of pounds on photobooks. Over the last month I have been creating a wedding photo book containing 143 pages.. Anyone who has done this type of project will appreciate the work that goes into it. This week just as I was about to order the book jumped from £111 to £143 . On checking they had increased the price of extra pages from £1.50 to £2.00 . Now I appreciate that the price change may be necessary but surely if projects have been started that the price should remain as you expect. I either now have to pay this big increase in proce or start over with weeks of work with another company. On checking other sites Tesco photo seems to be way more expensive and £143 is outside what I can afford.. I contacted customer several times and although they finally got back to me were helpful , they could only state that it's now with another company .. No offer to honour the original price . Unfortunately I will no longer use this service and will now transfer over to another company who provide the same quality for much cheaper.

A5 Diary- Better As A Notebook!!

A5 Diary was given as a Christmas present by my husband, but it did not contain:-

a)individual day dates within the diary, other than at the top of each page - is this not what one expects in a diary?

b)no feast days/Bank Holiday dates either on an information page or on individual days - Surely most diaries contain this information in the UK?

c)Photo chosen by hubby was not centered on the front cover so part of the subject was wrapped around the hard cover

Probably one of the signs of the forthcoming apocalypse :-(.

Great Service

I recently ordered some canvas prints from Tesco photo website as they had a half price offer on, and they were great. They arrived in under a week, and now look really good on the wall and free delivery to the store! What more could you ask for. Definitely will be shopping there at Christmas for presents.

I Ordered My Mum Some Photo Gifts From Tescophoto.

I ordered my mum some photo gifts from tescophoto. The mug was gorgeous and she cried when she saw the photobook I had made with pics of the grandchildren. Great products and great value for money. Plus free delivery if you pick up at Tescos store.

Website Was Fine, Collection No Problem It Was Rea

Website was fine, collection no problem it was ready on time but the Quality of the photos was dreadful. It was cheap but most of the photos had faint lines behind them and were over-exposed. I ended using another online company I've used before and getting the whole lot re-printed. Would not recommend. Only plus is it's very cheap.

Very Unsatisfactory. I Asked Tesco Phot

Very unsatisfactory.

I asked Tesco Photo technical questions about image format, size, colour management support etc PRIOR to placing my order.

The questions were never answered satisfactorily - but I thought I would give them a chance and place an order.

The results were rubbish!

Currently trying to get someone to talk to me about either refunding my £60 costs or re-doing the print with some attention to colour quality. - Banging my head against a wall at the moment.

My advice - steer clear - go to someone who knows about the service they are providing.

Ordered A Set Of Photos Online To Pick Up In Store

Ordered a set of photos online to pick up in store at a given time 24hours later. Got to said store 24 hours later (a fair old drive away) only to be told by the shop assistant that my order had not come through, and there was nothing they could do about it as they had not received the order from Tesco photo (despite Tescophoto having taken my payment, given me an order number and a specific collection time). I was told that 'this happens all the time' and I was better off going home and bringing in the photographs in on a memory stick... Given that these photos were meant for a christmas present I am very disappointed, but most of all angry that Tesco failed to notify me that they had not sent my order to the store.

I will NOT be using again. And am just about to tell them so myself, along with requesting a refund for my petrol wasted.

The 'only' Good Thing For Me About Tesco Photo Onl

The 'only' good thing for me about Tesco Photo Online is the fact that you get clubcard points on your purchase. Before purchasing my photos i compared online photo sites such as jessops, asda etc and Tesco was most certainly one of the cheapest prices.

First of all I was given the wrong pick up day and time with failure to alert me of a delay which i was not very pleased to hear due to the fact of urgency concerning the pictures. Lastly i was deeply disappointed in the quality of the pictures. I have a very good sony 7.2 megapixel camera and the quality of the pictures are brilliant although I thought these tesco photos appeared to be terribly pixelised, blurry, cropped with my consent and poorly coloured.

Overall i am deeply disappointed with tesco online photo printing. I shall NEVER use again and would most certainly NOT recommend.
