My Painting Took Six months To Arrive, And When It
My painting took six months to arrive, and when it did, it didn't include any of the colors.
Zero Customer Service
I received a kit as a gift. When I started the project, over half of the paint colors were dried up and hard and unusable. I emailed the company several time and received a generic "check out our website's FAQs." I found a phone number on the BBB's website and tried call but the call couldn't be connected. I filled out an online form available on the BBB's website to contact them by email but have yet to receive a response. Terribly disappointing as I know my sister in law purchased several of them for Christmas gifts and they aren't cheap! Look elsewhere if you want a quality product and actual customer service.
The Worst Company Ever
Do not waste a penny ion this company. I placed an order 6 weeks ago. The only reply you will get is “check our website for frequently asked questions. I can not believe that Country Living Magazine endorses this company. I agree with another reviewer - like tossing your money out the window!
Worst Customer Service
I placed an order back in 2017 and lived their product. Turn around time for custom orders was about 3 weeks then. I decided to place an order on 7/8 of this year and was promptly charged on 7/9. It is now 8/18 and I have emailed 5+ times and left 2 messages with no response. I decided to file a complaint with the BBB and then the response was I will be notified when my order ships. I rejected that 2x but the BBB considers the matter resolved. Still no order received and no response regarding the now 6 week timeframe. Buyer beware.
Even One Star Is Too Much
I ordered a present months ago. Received an email that delivery is delayed. Sent email, no response. Went to their website, the contact button redirects me to another website. Honestly, I am angry at me for allowing myself to be fooled like that. I could have flushed the money down the toilet.

Shameful
Ordered a birthday gift on April 6, 2020. Received an email from them that my order was received. I have never received my item . Have left 2 texts; Vm; emails....no response. I have called Country Living magazine to let them know that they should NOT endorse their products. Must say....the WORST customer service ever. I am so embarrassed that the gift that I ordered was to be a surprise for our 18 yr old granddaughter.
Have called my credit card company to tell them about this company.
Simply Awful Service
They lost my order placed mid November. There was no response to emails chasing the order. It was only when I started talking about legal action in mid December that they responded. They had managed to take the money out of my account straight away. There was no apology for the complete lack of product or service. I’m now waiting for a refund. I have no doubt that this will not be straight forward. There are other companies that provide these products. I can’t recommend then on any level.
Damage Canvas
The project I received in September was well made, although the colors are not realistic. The packaging is very poor and my project corners were damaged. I emailed the company to give them feedback after I was done. The person I dealt with wrote that she would send glue to fix the damaged corners. As I said it was for a gift, the glue would be appreciated ASAP. Well, I received a package more than a month later. Unfortunately, it wasn't glue but a whole set of paints. Packaging was very minimal and some paint leaked, soaking all of the containers in paint. I threw the whole thing out. I emailed the person I dealt with back. No apologies or explanation or even some compensation. VERY unprofessionnal! Apparently, the glue is in the mail. I'm still waiting.
Poor Results
The Easy 123 Art canvas I received was so intricate, it was impossible to paint. Asked for a less intricate design and was promised this if I returned the first canvas. Have heard nothing since! Have contacted them several times with no luck. My $60 is gone, never to be seen again. Would never recommend them to anyone. Shame on you Country Living!
Disappointing
first there was no response via email, fb text and phone call when i wanted to trace my purchase. After 2 wks- i received a notification of shipment which i was thrilled and in the end- the art piece is ruined as all the colors spilled out. asked for refund but with prior experience of no response, i am doubtful if anyone will respond to me.
