I found your ad through Amzon, third party offer. I purchased 10 8x8 canvas prints for $54.33; payment through Paypal per your site's advertised 'secured' method of payment. About 5 minutes later, an afditional charge, from Picanovainc showed up on my online bank statemnt from picanovainc; oringinal $54.33 & also $1,675.24. I notified you, and your customer service stated you cannot help. This charge is literally coming out of my account today from your company. My bank is helping with the fraudlance end, but it will take up to 48 hours. Meanwhile, three email exchanges later, your company still refutes any ownership. I asked your company to review security measures set in place for payments, as someone obviously is using your company's name as a guise to take money from accounts. Your canned emails back are not helpful, nor is your lack of concern.

I ordered my first canvas and when it arrived I was very pleased at the quality of the printing BUT the canvas had no backing whatsoever (by 'backing' I mean that the canvas is simply stretched over the frame but the frame has no material between it and the canvas).

This presented me with an instant issue. The issue: The canvas HAS to be hung on a wall. For most this isn't going to be an issue but for me and my clients it will be since I like to have the option of displaying them on an easel or a stand.

Again, there is ZERO backing with means that the canvas itself is practically see through when exposed to light. Granted, the canvas and subject were very light gray but when placed on a stand or an easel the background mars the image greatly.

I contacted the company and they politely thanked me for my question but stated that they do not add backings to their prints. Period. Not even for an additional cost.

As such, I'm going to have to choose another company to work with which is a shame because I wanted to work with a company that's USA based. And I thought I'd found one with PicaNova/DiscountCanvas. I was even willing to pay the $5-$6 higher prices.

It's a shame really. So, make sure you order a canvas as a test model to see if it's up to your standards.

I've been apprehensive to purchase such a large canvas, but when it arrived I instantly fell in love with it. The clarity is perfect and it is wrapped well. I will be doing more business through this company for my canvas needs. Shipping was quick and price was attractive. I purchased a 40X30 canvas of my children by the Grand Canyon, so the colors and detail had to come out perfect, which they did.

I attempted to use Picanova to order a couple photo mugs as holiday gifts, after purchasing vouchers for them. I ordered the mugs (after the vouchers initially not working), and paid the difference for shipping. After a few weeks there was no sign of the mugs and, I realized, no order confirmation. I got in contact with Picanova to figure out what had happened.

They charged me for shipping, but sent no order confirmation or shipping confirmation. The shipper also failed to leave a delivery notice and the mugs were eventually sent back. I could chalk all that up to some glitch in the system if vouchers aren't normally used. However, their Customer Service has been completely incompetent. They were unable to find their own order number, were unaware the mugs had been returned to them (after they told me the mugs were returned...), demanded I send photo evidence of destroying the canvases I ordered before getting a refund (?), and repeatedly put in the minimum effort possible to respond, often getting information they already had wrong. After finally agreeing to refund, they sat around on that until I followed up, and are just now claiming that the shipping charges will be returned. We will see. I'm still working on getting my money back for the vouchers.

It was a complex order, which I was fully willing to understand, but they demonstrated they had no interest in understanding what had happened and resolving it, and instead impeded the process (who can't find their own orders, but still charge you?), and attempted to off load everything possible to me or the voucher seller. No integrity or pride in their product. I'll still order photo mugs, but not from Picanova.

I have recently used Picanova for a large print, intended as a gift.

Unfortunately when it arrived we were so disappointed with the poor colour reproduction that we have not been able to give the print and have now decided to pay again with another company to achieve the results we require.

There is of course no UK phone number to call and complain (important to know).

I cannot recommend Picanova and will now keep to my tried and tested other company.

Lesson learned - avoid.

I've had several prints made with Picanova, they're all just okay, nothing good about any of them. One was so bad that I wrote them about it, they offered to reprint it, they did, and the reprint is just as bad as the first. I would recommend any other canvas printing company other than Picanova.

I have tried EVERY online canvas company out there and NOTHING compares to the quality, price and service of picanova!!! I am a photographer and VERY picky about the resolution of a photo when it is blown up to a large size... Many other companies charge more for a lower quality product. I can't tell you how thrilled I have been with EVER canvas I have received from picanova! From 8x8 to 40x60!! This is the BEST!!! There is really no comparison! Other companies who claim to have high quality just do not compare! I have had ALL my canvases that were initially done by other companies redone by picanova!!! Once you try it, you will ONLY trust them!!!

Picanova is my go-to source for pictures on canvas. I have tried several other online dealers but Picanova has the best quality craftsmanship, clarity of the picture, and fast delivery. I have canvases in my living room, hallway and bedroom. LOVE them!!

My daughter recently had a baby and I saw Groupon for Canvas Print and decided to try. I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. On a fixed budget so I was very pleased with the price and when I saw the finished product; I couldn't be happier. I loved that I chose the picture that wraps around frame. Highly recommend and look forward to doing another in the future.

I have seven Picanova canvases currently and have given many as gifts. If you use a high quality photo (professional level) the printing is truly fantastic and even photos from my standard camera look really great. No problems with colors bleeding or fading over time. They are lightweight and easy to hang with velcro strips so no need to put extra holes in the walls. Also, their shipping is amazingly fast, I usually get mine just 3 days after submitting it.
