Ordered 100 Euro voucher and read read site which stated no postage charge on orders over 50 Euro. Great. I then get an email asking me to print the voucher at home.

I was expecting like all other vouchers a voucher contained inside a nice card and arriving by post.(no Charge as per website.). The voucher when viewed does not even contain the shop address/website/telephone number.

A complaint to this company brought lots of sorry comments and advised they have a very nice card for the purpose I planned to use it for. They advised they would post it to me the next working day. After 10 days nought arrived. I have been to my local card shop and purchased a nice card for the voucher to go in.

I cannot recommend this company for purchases as the web site is misleading and the personal care after contacting them does not exist. It would be better to admit on the website that they supply a printable voucher for you to add to your own card and then write on their contact details. Very Poor.
