Terrible Company - Avoid Like The Plague!
Terrible company. Took 6 months of constant chasing to receive the whole order. My baby arrived before the car seat! Customer service is disgusting, they will not contact you when they say they will and will flat out ignore your calls and emails. They said they had retrained staff but this made no difference. They blamed all delays on suppliers - read the others reviews! They sell products without having stock and are totally incompetent at getting the stock. Do not buy from this company unless you are desperate and they have all items in stock!

Would give 0 stars. Trying to return a faulty product to this company and the customer service is appalling. Apparently the Royal Mail returns labels aren't working 3-days on. No one answers emails and just keep getting fobbed off. Paid £80 for a baby monitor that does not work. Will be taking this further legal as I work within a law firm and I am going to ensure that people are aware of this company via social media and review sites. Disgusting!

Unreasonable Customer Service And Returns Policy
This is a very old-fashioned retailer, in a time where most e-commerce functions on free returns for optimal customer service, Baby Security made it so hard for me to return a baby crib that I did not find as expected. Not only they expect you to pay for the return, but they reserve the right to take money off your refund amount for random reasons such as if the box it comes back in has brown tape on it, not transparent tape (!!!). I am so uncomfortable with BabySecurity and I won't be using them again. All their products are also available elsewhere online, and hassle-free.

Ordered 2 items.. money was taken only to be told 3 days later items was not in stock and they didn't know when they would be... was told a refund would be offered after a week .. no refund.. had to make a claim with paypal only then to be told because I had opened a case they could not refund me!! poor customer service.. awful experience.. would definitely NOT recommend or purchase again from site

The item i ordered although it was only small when it arrived it was completely damaged. I sent an email to complain but no reply. Choose a better company don't waste your time or money with this one.

Poor Customer Service - Do Not Buy From This Company
We purchased 2 baby gates from this company but had to return them as they did not fit. We were sent a returns label and given instructions to return to a post office using their account. We were charged £23 to return the items as the post office would not accept the label as the items were too heavy. When we contacted baby security to ask for postage back they said it was our fault for not using a different courier even though they had told us to take to the post office. They were extremely rude, unhelpful and unco-operative. will not buy from them again - very unprofessional and poor service. Wish I had read the negative reviews before buying!

We ordered two baby monitors, but one turned up having already been opened, and then stuffed back into the box, damaging the internal packaging; we didn't complain about this, though, as it appeared to function.
However, neither baby monitor was actually as described on their website, and so we tried to get a refund - according to their refund policy, we were still within the 14 day window, but they refuse to accept returns until they have provided us with a Returns Reference Number - we have been trying for 3 weeks to get one of these from us, but they have been ignoring our emails. We are stuck with these two baby monitors that we don't want, and can't afford to get a replacement until we get a refund.

Poor Customer Service When Products Become Faulty
I bought a Motorola baby monitor from here. After about 6 months the parent unit developed a fault and I contacted the retailer to send it back and get a replacement. They refused to replace it and insisted on repairinf it. This is depsite the fact that the longer I go without a working monitor, the danger and incomvenience it caused for me to be able to monitor my child at sleep. They quoted a week to repair and replace - 2 weeks on and still hadn't got the item back!
Steer clear of purchasing from this company. You atre better off buying from a reputable shop where you can take the item back and get an instant replacement within the waranty period.

Adapter For Monitor Not Working!
I ordered a replacement adaptor for my baby monitor, the new adapter does not work, I have been back and forth with emails with them which are very slow and it takes them a long time to respond! All they can say was are you sure it's not your monitor and says well the adapter is new so it can't be that!!!! I Just need a new adapter or a refund for selling a faulty product!! This is when I wish I didn't buy on line and I could just go to a store and speak to someone in person that could actually help!
