Terrible Order Management, Zero Customer Appreciation
Terrible customer service, very poor logistics and order management. And they really don’t care. The ‘family’ business is run like most- all about the profit, not much customer care or appreciation.
They could not care about the inconvenience and problems caused from THEIR errors and lack of basic communication. They are not worth the hassle, many other places offer the exact same services, so save yourself some time and stress and shop elsewhere.

We bought a very expensive buggy as part of a package from this store. Important components of the package are delayed by months and no apology or reparation was forthcoming although this caused huge problems for us. The buggy then had a safety issue which we heard about by chance visiting a different shop- groovy style did not inform us of this or apologise for not doing so when this was raised with them.
I have found their aftercare and general customer service to be awful and bordering on rude.
Took Funds When They Did Not Have Item In Stock
Quite disappointed with this company. I ordered an Ubbi nappy pail which was acknowledged and charged to my cc account. After a week of not getting any feedback, I called only to be informed the product was out of stock until august (my baby is due early July).
Groovy style should develop the courtesy not to charge customers for out of stock items and /or not advertise the products when they clearly cannot deliver on their promise.
Update
Groovy style apologised for the error after I contacted them and promptly refunded the funds to my credit card.

A great customer service- I wanted to order the Uppababy Vista pram which was out of stock at a lot of other retailers. They were very helpful and I received my pram within a few days. The delivery service was accurate & kept me up to date on the status.

I found the website by accident while I was searching for a good price for the Maxi Cosi Mura Plus 3 and this one popped up. The price was the best I had managed to find and they still had stock too! I ordered and forgot to write some information on the order form about delivery, so I emailed customer service and they got back to me very quickly and did all they could to help. My pushchair arrived either the next day or the day after that (I cant remember - baby brain!) but it was very swift delivery. I would definitely recommend this site. Wonderful price, speedy delivery and great customer service. Thank you.

Faultless Customer Service!
I can't fault the customer service! I talked to two employees there and they helped me work out the best carseat for my son. The two seats that I thought I'd narrowed it down to didn't fit in my car (one team member helped me try the seats out while another kept an eye on my son while he slept in their shop!). The knowledgeable staff there were able to help me choose an alternative and I saved money, too.
I wish I had found this place before setting up the nursery, because they had all the gadgets that I would have loved to have but didn't know about before my son was born.
Three people recommended Groovy Style to me and I will be recommending it to anyone who is looking for top notch customer service for baby equipment.
