Return policy is absurd. Charging 10% re-stocking fee. Paid for the return as well. Rather buy from Overclockers or Scan, been their customer for long and wouldn't come to get anything from them again.

Bought a new gaming PC for Fortnite - for the customised spec I chose, the price was really unbeatable. However, it was clear they didn't test it sufficiently. Within a day of use, some of the components failed so there was no signal from the PC to the screen. Very difficult to get through to Customer Service on the phone. And when you email, they don't respond for days on end until you chase over the phone. You ask them to email you, so you've got something in writing for what they promised to do, and you don't get a response.

In the end, I totally lost confidence and asked for a refund, having already sent the faulty PC back for repairs. I'm still waiting for my refund (stated timescale was 3-5 working days) having had confirmation it would be processed on 26 June.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company terrible! I orederd a B450 motherboard with Ryzen 3600x chip and 16GB of DDR4 ram the parcel was late and poorly packaged the Ram was missing and i was also was suppose to get Resident evil 3 for free with the motherboard promotion again this was missing, the communication was woeful and when i did get a reply they asked my to send pictures of what was sent, no idea why! when i asked about the free game they said they was still waiting for them to come in and would send it when in stock. This package was ordered on the 20th of April and i have still not recived the game but they still advertising the promotion. I did eventually receive a refund for the missing RAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHABBY COMPANY. ps i still want my free game

Purchased a motherboard bundle and some other bits from Awd-it. The Board was sent out untested and thrown together. (Far from professional) when the board arrived it was damaged and there was evidence to suggest it hadnt even been tested before dispatch.

They also charged me £8.95 Delivery Charge for next day delivery and took for days to arrive.

I spoke with a gent at Awd-it and although very polite soon had attitude i got a mouthful and no customer support or care.

IF YOU WANT GOOD PRODUCTS THAT GIVE GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY 100% AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I bought a gaming PC from this company. From the moment I received it it never worked. Blue screens of death.. GPU sag. After trying everything I eventually had to send the rig back for a repair. They said they replaced the GPU and stress tested it and apparently the problem was fixed.

So i got it sent back. Bearing in mind this took over week including delivery and collection etc.

Day I received the rig back. Exactly the same problems. So it got sent back again this time they told me they would build me a full new rig from scratch. - why they needed to receive the rig back before building and sending me another is beyond me. Oh I know why... because they had zero intention to do that. On day 2 I rang up for an update and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet as they had "an emergency which was taking priority" because obviously having my cash for over 4 weeks and two returns isn't very important to them

Essentially dont buy from these guys - you will have problems. Spend a little more and go to PCspecalist

Unwilling to give valid refunds. Outrageous tactics

I Bought a razer headset from them and as expected it inevitably broke, I contacted razer and they said it's a hardware issue. I spoke to awd and sent the headset. They said it's fine and after 2 months I still have no been given my broken headset back. The attitude and arguing via email is pathetic and not expected from a successful company.

AFTER SEEING MY REVIEW THEY TRIED TO HELP IF I REMOVED THE REVIEW. I showed video evidence of the product not working and they wouldn't do anything and demanded I took the review off.

I would highly recommend not using them!

Avoid at all costs!

Order a GTX 970 and a case on Monday with next day delivery. Both were shown as in stock, yet by Wednesday neither has been shipped.

On Wednesday I was told that in fact the GTX 970 was not in stock has not been since Christmas and they dont know when it was going to be in stock. They offered me initially a cheaper card for the same price. So I cancelled the GTX 970 and was promised that the case would ship on Wednesday.

After talking to them on Thursday I was told on Friday that in fact they dont have the case in stock but they are expecting it on Friday and I could get it on the next Monday. So I cancelled that as well.

The staff is initially friendly but when you start complaining the person I talked to turned really nasty and arrogant.

AVOID DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bought a gaming pc in Feb, delivered in March, totally useless by October. Been back to AWD-IT 3 times. They've replaced corrupt hard drive but problems persist. They are now saying its working fine and refuse to help. It won't even load windows!!!! Now they won't accept it back. Having to take legal action now. Not a good company to deal with.
