I have ordered many iPhone 5 wires which have been more expensive than the one I ordered from this site and have not worked! The wire I received from this website was excellent and came very quickly and I will deffinately be ordering more.

Bought an iPhone 5s dock station. I knew it wasn't the official apple certified one but it was cheap and thought it would still work. When you connect your iphone 5s it doesn't accept it and your phone doesn't really charge. At times it may accept it but when you move the iPhone a bit it then doesn't accept the dock.

I didn't see any warning of this in the product description.

Well well well!!! Impressed at first with ease of delivery address change; then NOT impressed with lack of delivery nor with info that delivery would NOT happen. After a three email exchange and a passage of a month or so I got a LOVELY LOVELY refund from Clickshop.com. The man of the hr, J, came thru as he'd said he would 30.5.14. AND believe it or not I made C$ 'cause the C$ has sunk against the £, which is a good thing as I've just had to buy a used car! Finally Fulsome appreciation here for a fine experience with Clickshop.com.

Ordering process worked well with free delivery by Royal Mail which took 3 -4 days

I had no idea where the wireless nano receiver was and i didn't want to disturb the packaging until I was sure everything was present. So I sent off an email to ask where the receiver was and I got an almost instant response telling me it was inside the mouse.

Plugged it in, inserted a battery and worked fine immediately.

It would have been useful it it had mentioned where the receiver could be found

I ordered 4 Android FT8 10" Tablets for my business on the 12th February 2014

2 weeks later after chasing, I had a message indicating items were being picked

2.5 weeks later after chasing, an apology for problems, should be with me in a couple of days with discount. Issue with power supply (sound familiar!!!)

9th April 2014 and no response after several message requests in between and definitely no Tablets delivered

I ordered an iPhone 5 charger on 2nd March which arrived a few days later.....but it didn't work!! the problem is with the 3 pin plug. I contacted the company on the 6th March and they said they would send out a new one straight away. On the 25th March, as it hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and they said it would be with me within 48hrs.It did not arrive so I sent 2 further emails and have had no reply....and no charger. Don't waste your time and money and use another company!!

Ordered some leads on line. Easy ordering process and very fast delivery of items. Excellent service. Item as expected. Would use again and recommend.
