Worst Customer Service Ever

The worst aftercare service i have ever experienced. My sons PC has been returned for a new part (following a protracted attempt to contact the help desk) and after almost two months we still have heard nothing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Unfortunately I am having to leave a bad review for this company. Firstly I had to wait over a month for my build to arrive at my home due to gladiator selling me a case they didn't actually have in stock even though they assured me at the time that they did. They did offer me a different case after leaving me waiting for a while with no update which I declined as I wanted the case I originally purchased. This was the first time alarm bells went of in my head.

When the computer finally arrived unfortunately, it was incomplete and didn't have a windows 10 pro key which I'd asked to be included, I even gave them in depth reasons why I wanted W10Pro instead of W10Home and I was assured id get the key I needed and that it would be on a sticker on the back of my PC, at which point I was happy to go ahead and pay them over £3,000 . There was no sticker and no key anywhere not even a windows 10 home key. after contacting them the told me that I hadn't payed for one and they wouldn't do anything to help me, in fact they where rude and presumptuous. The sales rep that dealt with me told me that he couldn't remember adding a windows 10 pro key to my build and that he had no recollection of our telephone call where we talked all about the reasons why I wanted it to be included before I payed. He also admitted to me that he has a terrible memory which he did demonstrate during the time organising my build by forgetting to put the PCU on my invoice even after but still charging me for it. I believe I payed for the Key and they should have honoured that but this company are only nice to you until you hand over your hard earned cash then you are on your own and they wont give you the time of day. Very sad and disappoint.

Computer took long time to reach me then when it come to format it no disc had been sent / image on the SSD and refusing to send me a copy of the disc reardless if i bougght it or not the customer service is a shambles via email or the phone asked for advice and i get told to check google or youtube would DEF not recommend to anyone and if i could actully refund this pc i would do so in a heartbeat JOKE Company and JOKE customer service they all need to be put on retraining program to actully learn some customer service skills

Gladiator Pc Are The People To Choose

I have never had a gaming PC before so I had no idea what I was doing. I saw a video by a Youtuber advertising one of the PC's. I went to the site and saw how affordable the PC's where. I chose the spec I wanted. Customized it to my needs, and I received it a couple of weeks later. I had some payment issues at first but Gladiator quickly helped me around it so I could receive the PC as quick as possible. The overall quality amazed me. It was all neatly inside the case with the most neat cable management I have seen. I would definitely recommend Gladiator PC to anyone.

Fantastic Service And A Great Pc!

We have had a great experience with Gladiator Computers, no issues here to report at all.

We don't know much about computers, but everyone at Gladiator helped us to choose and decide the best PC for our son. We chose the Gladiator Hail Storm as our son had heard about it online, but we didn't know anything about it so need lots of help.

Fantastic customer service with the advisor being a star when our system needed to be returned (something went wrong with the Graphics Card), and we had the system back in just over a week.

Cannot fault you guys at all! Recommended all the way! Very satisfied.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

Having purchased a gaming computer for my son last September, the pc was returned twice with faults. Each return takes the full 28 days with little or no feedback. When the pc continued to run slow, I asked for a refund. The computer was again returned to me (now with broken casing) Despite calling and sending a long letter of complaint with a time-line of events, I have yet to get a reply. I am now sending a solicitors letter. Don't imagine that you will get good customer service or any follow up if you have a problem with your purchase.
