Ordered a reconditioned screen on Thursday, received it Friday morning! Less than 24 hours later. Saved over £250 on it as well. I’m not IT savvy and couldn’t install it, their support team was great and helped me through Truly world class service, well done ITC Service, will definitely recommend you and use your company again.

I purchased a computer as a Christmas present for my son. It quickly became apparent that it was faulty. It would blue screen within a few minutes of being on and did this continuously. I reloaded the operating system in an attempt to fix this but the problem persisted. It also rebooted during the installation, so it took several attempts before the OS would go back on.

I was unable to contact support on the next working day. Simply an answer phone message that requested to leave a message. No information on when they where next available. I logged a ticket on their website resigned to the fact that they had either gone bust or that they were closed between Christmas and New Year. It turned out to be the latter.

There cannot have been sufficient testing of this computer and I suspect none before it was dispatched.

Come the new year I contacted support and was able to speak to someone. They offered a repair, I requested a refund. The computer was collected and a few days later I received a refund. This part of the transaction was dealt with very well.

The biggest let down was that the computer was faulty and that I was unable to contact anyone about it until after the new year. (No information on their website or their answerphone message about opening times over the holiday period.)

It was obvious within 5 minutes of using the computer that it was faulty, how was this not picked up by ITC before despatch.

We've bought from ITC for several years - great prices, good selection of equipment, prompt delivery. Just had a faulty item for the first time - a docking station. They dealt with the issue very quickly and shipped a replacement right away.

Thats the best test of a supplier, how quickly and easily they resolve a problem - can't fault them. Will definitely be back to buy more.

I have bought two recon Dell desktop PCs from ITC Sales. Both identical but I also purchased a second HD for one as an additional item. ITC offered to install this FOC and test it, which was both unexpected and appreciated. The condition of both machines was excellent and were delivered in a timely way. I am just about to purchase two more machines from them, hence me writing this review.

I recently purchased an item from ICT Sales which was a great price and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, a cable was missing from the box that was required to operate the device. ICT Sales handled the issue quickly and efficiently and managed to locate and order the cable (which was very hard to obtain) within a few days. The cable was eventually sent propriety mail to me.

I've tried ITCsales after many months of staying away from buying online. I've had really bad experiences and did not want to get burned again. I really needed a cheap but reliable laptop for my website, so I thought I'd try buying online again.

I bought a factory graded Dell Latitude E6420 from them a couple of months ago. I'm so happy with the purchase. I don't mind the little scratches on the body since it is working really well anyway. Plus, I can't afford a brand new one so this works great.

The 3 year warranty gives me assurance that buying a product that's not brand new is safe. I would definitely go back for more down the line, as I think its worth the savings.
