Disgusting Experience - I Was Cheated Out Of Money
DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE - I WAS CHEATED OUT OF MONEY BY THIS COMPANY : :

The Operations Manager of this company has treated me in the most disgusting way where his arrogance in his belief that he thinks that a product can be mis-sold by his company that does NOT work. Yet he believes that he has no responsibility to refund the customer.
There was a product advertised on this companies website, > Adobe Acrobat Pro Academic Life Licence Key .
I honestly believed that as this version of Adobe Acrobat was a lifetime licence , it would have less features than the full version of Adobe Acrobat and that is why it was called , Academic.
I purchased this.
When I received the email link from this company , there were FOUR links.
I also received a product key that was 22 characters , letters and numbers.
But when I opened up the link, it seems that Adobe requires a 24 character passkey code.
When I spoke with two members of staff, they did not understand and tried to help.
But then I spoke with the top man the Operations Manager.
He did not know or understand and looked in to the issue with the company that MoreCoCo purchase the Adobe products from.
Then he tells me that the he spoke to someone and they advised him that the Adobe academic version requires the person that is going to activate it, to be part of a learning institution , a teacher or professor or a student and documents need to be submitted to Adobe for Adobe to activate this licence key.
He then made the false claim that this is mentioned on MoreCoCo website.
It was NOT mentioned on this companies website.
Because if it was mentioned, I would NOT have purchased it.
He refuses to accept any responsibility for this.
He seems to believe that he can just sell this product and take the customers money without any duty of care or responsibility and not to advise of the conditions or requirements that are needed for a product that his company is selling.
MoreCoCo also boast about money back and refunds.
But he moves the goal posts after they have the customers money.
This company is known by more than one name.
MoreCoCo and More Computers Ltd.

Companies House lists SEVEN officers of this company.
SIX of these officers have resigned.
This is very strange for a successful company like this is meant to be to have so many resignations.

Also this company is based in > Leeds in Yorkshire.
other officers of this company that resigned had their correspondence address listed in an office in London as well as other locations.

This company is NOT a company that I would ever trust with my money ever again.
This company owes me £101 and he is refusing to refund me this £101 that he knows full well that I am not at fault and he should refund me in full for a product that does not work because his company did NOT stipulate any conditions or requirements for the purchase of this product.
Even he had to make enquiries why this product would not work.
The behaviour in dealing with me is nothing short of a disgusting abuse and an intention to do wrong by me and keep my money.
I feel disgusted by the behaviour of this company.
And if this is how this company conducts its business, then it is disgusting.
Questions have to be asked as to why so many resignations from this company of officers and directors.
And I advise every potential customer to carefully read every negative review of this company on Trustpilot before ever thinking of purchasing anything from this company.
If you want to take a chance and have the same bad and disgusting experience as I did ?
Then you go ahead.
But for me , I am livid with anger at what this company has done to me.
No doubt he will attempt to talk his way out of this with more lies.
But he knows what he did.
I am trying to protect everyone from becoming a victim of this company.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service - don't believe what they say. Tried to buy an LG TV from More Computers, who accepted the order and took payment.
Rather than receiving the goods, received an email stating "Owing to the nature of the product that you have ordered we are only able to proceed with your order if you agree to our business terms and conditions and you agree that this order is non-returnable." This does not meet distance selling regulations.
Even after sending 3 emails stating agreement to this (reluctantly), there were no replies to the emails and no follow-up for over a week. After finally getting in touch with someone, given they have shut down phone lines, they said they hadn't received agreement to the terms and conditions. Only afterwards did they acknowledge the 3 emails had been sent.
Also they said it was out of stock...it showed in stock on the website until 30 minutes later when it was removed from the site. Basically the company didn't want to fulfil the order at the price it had sold it for. After all that have to go elsewhere for a higher price with a lot of time and money wasted.

Stay Away From More Computers
STAY AWAY FROM MORE COMPUTERS!!!!
I´ve ordered a Grapics card on Tuesday evening with next day delivery. The courier didn´t pick up the parcel on Wednesday. They emailed me apologising and promised me that it would arrive n Friday.
Then they made up an other excuse that there was a delay with my shipping and that it wouldn´t arrive until Monday.
I ordered the new graphics card as mine died. I asked for a refund so I could buy a graphics card in a physical shop.
They advised that I had to return the card on Monday before they issued the refund.
This means that I have to wait between 3 and 5 working days to get my money back into my card, which means at least 2 weeks without a graphics card.
This was my first experience with More Computers. Never again!!

Despite reading some negative review of this company went ahead and purchased 3 item found them very helpful paid extra for the next day delivery
and everything arrived the following day prior to conformation and the explanation of the delivery one thing I must say if you do use them make sure that the items on their website IT is in stock and the amount available as maybe other customers will buy it beforehand I would definitely use them again THANK YOU

After waiting 10 minutes on the line to actually get hold of someone only to be told that my order was lost in dispatch, not only that but my personal details and card details both lost too. I did think for one second if I hadnt have phoned up to see where it was I would still be sitting here now wondering where it is.
Not only that but they then tell me there is a chance it won't be delivered before Christmas ( it was the 19th dec
Unable to take the risk I then ordered it else where EBUYER (alot better) but having to pay near enough £10 for next day delivery as this company seemed to be incapable of keeping track of dispatched items, getting it delivered on time and notifying customers of there purchase whereabouts. They just dismiss and blame it on their courier however to me it is 50/50 responsibility.
I got offerered a refund after cancelling on the 19th to be told I will get my refund on moday - newsflash it's Monday and still no sign.
After waiting another 5 minutes to speak to a manager they then denied me any form of compensation, all I wanted was the 10£ delivery charge I had to pay elsewhere because they were incapable of getting my ordered delivered to me on time without getting lost. I was even willing to send them my new invoice from the one I brought from ebuyer which states the express delivery. But it was just dismissed. I have never been so disgusted and frustrated with an online company as I have with these. Ladies and gents save your money and buy else where these are a waste of time and money.!!!

Very Bad Customer Service And Packaging
I returned a product for a refund 2 days after I received it. However a week later Morecomputers posted it back without bothering to communicate with me. They rejected it as there was writing on the delivery box - writing which I did not add myself - and thus claiming they were unable to re sell it. Seems they wrote on the box themselves for an excuse not accept the return. The packaging it came it was just a plain brown heavily duck taped cardboard box in the first place. A completely unacceptable reason not to accept a return or exchange.

Brilliant Service
I'd use again. The device I bought stopped working after a couple of months. Device manufacturer considered there was probably a hardware fault. A replacement item was despatched to me immediately from MoreComputers. Most important, email contact was EASY, FAST, courteous. Thank you.
