They took $250.00 from me by saying they were fixing my computer. Instead, they downloaded "UltraViewer" which is free software and this software enables someone to get inside your computer. They came into my computer, screwed up and then I was forced to pay their charge for them fixing it when in fact, they didn't do anything but terrorize me and my computer. This outfit is as crooked as the day is long. Do NOT do business with them or you will regret it!

This utterly outrageous company set traps on a popular selling site, which when hovered over sent load alarms through the laptop and told you to call a number as you've been hacked!

All untrue, of course!

The operator then impersonated someone working for Microsoft to sell a product that was falsely described and, in short, doesn't exist, this is all while taking over the laptop!!!!

Money was paid but no invoice or product was received.

Instead I had an elderly mother shaking and in tears over what had happened, so frightened she wouldn't use her laptop or tablet again!.

It's unlawful, companies like this exist and frighten people into buying their non existent products.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

At first I was hesitant, although the site looks very professional, I hadn't heard of them before. I was interested in buying Parallels Desktop 8 from them as It was the cheapest price i had seen online...£4 cheaper than amazon.

So I went ahead and ordered it and ended up receiving my serial key to activate It the day after! Cannot fault them, the serial works great and was far quicker than buying the boxed version from amazon, and at a fraction of the price!
