I decided to get new gaming PC. They got it to me fast and everything is working well

Easy to order exactly what I wanted - a laptop to replace an ageing desktop, also got from pcspecialist. This is my third machine from them and the ordering process was simple and easy. These guys really know their stuff. A technical problem I had with setting it up (my fault) was resolved with sympathetic help. Rarely have I come across a company as good as this one. The computer does exactly what I want it to. I can't think of anything that would make the buying process easier or the technical support better.

The whole process was super easy. Customer service were there to make sure I made the right choice for me, weren't trying to oversell things I didn't need. When there were issues with the PC, they very kindly spent a lot of time going through the issues and then did all the work to get the PC sent back to the office, lots of updates throughout the whole process. Thanks you :)

I shopped around for a new build pc, I contacted several builders and used a few builder sites to gauge price point for my build.

I spoke to an agent on the online chat who gave me a good start point and an excellent quote to work from a price.

When decided on a build I called to speak to an agent and he talked me through what I picked out and ensured I wasn't wasting money where I didn't need to.

They both gave me clear and easy to understand information and had fantastic patience whilst running through.

Pc specialist on a whole gave me a good saving when compared to other pc building sites a near £200-300 pound saving overall on my build and this was fantastic for my particular build

I’m really pleased with the speed and efficiency of the process from ordering to delivery. The process for selecting the laptop, choices for build requirements and ultimately delivery, set up and operation have been very smooth. Minimal contact was required to set up, and when I did have an issue, the communication was good.

I don’t think there was a downside to any part of the process.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use PCSpecialist again.

I have nothing to fault dealing with pc specialist. Pc came quick and was everything I asked for! Was well informed throughout the process with pictures of the build to top it off what I wasn’t expecting which was a plus.

Have used PC Specialist before and again, zero issues. Website is great and the PC builder is really easy to use.

Can't speak to their customer service, as I've never had to make use of it.

Delivery was really quick considering the order was placed just before Christmas.

Recently purchased a new computer from PC Specialist. This was my third computer from this company over a number of years. The online ordering service was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages of production and delivery. Computer arrived when expected and in good condition. Specification has allowed for a speedy and responsive machine. I would always recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a new gaming PC for Christmas, changed the order after it had been built, and they still had it ready to ship before Christmas. Great product and great service, many thanks, and happy new year!
