we wanted the same printer as our previous one, great site easy to use , everything you need to know, great price.

Decided to buy an oki mono multifunction MB451printer after having spoken to oki and done some internet research. Finally settled on colour-laser-printers.co.uk. I asked them twice re a price match from website and received no reply. Having bought the printer, I had no idea how much I had been charged as I never received an invoice. I also purchased longer cables and a high capacity toner. Guess what.....printer turns up.....standard toner arrives (not the dearer high capacity one ordered and paid for). no cables. Then cables arrive:wrong length, cheaper/shorter ones. Finally they arrive. invoice arrives but now cannot claim £30 refund as out of time. When chase up toner, I get told....buy another one, then return our smaller one and then we will refund you. Finally they suggested keep standard toner and we will send you another standard toner. Each time I tried to chase up the missing items or errors, I was told person on leave, then xmas shutdown. Bought item beginning DEC finally sorted about the 3rd week of JAN. Therefore not happy as it has now also cost me a £30 refund from OKI.

The laser printer however is superb and it does double sided printing on the heavy paper (120gm) I use.

Just ordered and waiting for the product to arrive, hopefully delivery will be prompt. Ordering was quick and prices much lower than the competition. On first visiting the website I easily found the product I was looking for, and the ordering steps were simple. One flaw I found was that there were no delivery options available to me when ordering so I have no idea when it will arrive. Apart from this the process was smooth.

I stumbled across this site when struggling to choose a new printer. The site has good search facilities and helpful reviews to make a short list, then you can come to the Review Centre, Amazon or wherever to look in more detail. Once you've chosen, the chances are it's cheaper here!

My old printer suddenly died and being in a busy office we needed a quality printer quickly. We found printer experts website as it was coming up with great prices. After a quick call from one of the experts the printer was ordered on a Wednesday at 2pm and arrived the next day. The overall service was excellent, cheers.
