Bought an advertised item received a n inferior item ased for refund of price difference, Not forthcoming. Keep away

Recently ordered and received an order from Savapoint. One of the items on the order was faulty which I had to verify with the manufacturer rather than Savapoint! I sent it back via normal post and a week later enquired by email about the return. No response. So a few days later called the company who said the item had not arrived at their premises. No communication. I have bought from these people before with no problem but as soon as there is a problem they are rubbish at response. Not going to buy again.

i never received item so i just asked for refund, month later im still struggling to get refund so ive headed to all the review sites i can find to warn others.

they dont respond to emails , and on the phone they are hostile , they said i was wasting there time and resources and the refund will come eventually and to be more patient, ive called just once per week and still had nothing, i will be calling bank now and reporting this and false payment.

Please be very careful with this company as they have no customer care.

I've never used savapoint before, but I am now glad I did. Not only did my product code arrived via email quickly and fast, the price is also outstanding.

I will highly recommend savapoint.

Will definitely buy from them again.

change order to the download version told two days

1 week nothing

cancel order told a 4 days to refund

1 week later no refund

rang and was told it was not there fault it was worldpay and would be 4 weeks

4 weeks no refund

changed order and was told 1 week delivery

2 weeks later no item no contact

wet to bank to inform them that this company is steeling my money and the started the chargeback process

next day refund in my account

Beware of this company. I used them only once, never again! I ordered a McAfee 3 user Internet Protection 2011. What arrived was the 2010 edition in a plain envelope nothing like the version in the box on their website! It was an "OEM not for resale" version. I rang them, they advised it would work ok as it would update automatically to the latest version, but as it had no serial number with it, I suspect it wouldn't work! I returned it to them, they claimed it never arrived and then kept me on hold whenever I tried to call them. I managed to get HSBC to refund my £10 as this bunch are mere fraudsters! Don't be fooled by them having World Pay or whatever it is, as they don't care one iota once your transaction has been processed. Avoid Savapoint or whatever name they trade under, it'll save you money and anxiety!

I bought from them a software (system builder edition) with license for 3 computers. On installation turned out that was for 1 PC only. I emailed them complaining many times but with no response. I reported them to Symantec (the producer) and they told me that Savapoint had no right to sell such builder edition.

very poor service all round from savapoint/saverpoint. Don't want to waffle on about my shopping experience with this company, but really want to warn my fellow online shoppers to avoid purchasing from them - no matter how cheap they are or the 'free gift', please don't be tempted.

Poor customer service - not even their support and returns department seem interested - so if that is their attitude they might as well take me off their email list.
