This was the first time I had used Student Computers & it was regarding a new Samsung mobile. Price & Customer Service & indeed everything was super slick. However after about 4 months I realised it would not update & it turned out it was the Italian version. Though this was not their fault, there was absolutely no hassle getting a refund & the person I dealt with was really top notch, going the extra mile. I posted the mobile back by Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Monday & the refund was totally through Pay Pal the next afternoon.They will certainly be my first choice for my next techie. They've convinced me to still have faith in human nature overall. This team are truly gold star & I wish them every possible ongoing success. Truly tremendous folks & highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company paid for laptop never recieved and still waiting on a refund more than a week on. I do not reccommend buying from this company they will leave you with the worst experience ever.

Decided I wanted a decent cup of coffee, and purchased the Caso coffee machine from these guys.

Good service, item arrived ahead of schedule, good communication,great product; I think I will visit again and upgrade my laptop as some of their deals look quite tasty - just like my coffee!!

This company has won my full trust.I now own a refurbished tablet,that brings a smile every time I use it.The ethos running through this company seems to be customer satisfaction.My tablet cost around a quarter of the new price,and looks and functions like new.I will deal with them again with complete trust.

I bought a pair of headphones from this company and they sent me a pair of damaged headphones, twice ...

Yeah they sent me out a replacement which was also broken - It's clear to see this company are sending out faulty products and making the returns prices very difficult just to sell them and then ignore the complaints.

How they are still in business and not in handcuffs is beyond me.

My daughter ordered an 5th gen ipod, we thought it had a camera on the back but when we received it there was no rear camera. I contacted student computers and they sent all details for return and a full refund was credited to my bank within 3 days. The service was so good i ordered replacement with camera from the same site.
