Don't Buy Anything From This Company. I Returned A
Don't buy anything from this company. I returned an item purchased on Amazon Marketplace. Tronix disputed receipt even though I had a full tracking receipt from the Royal Mail. Amazon refunded me in the end.
Check their postcode, various 'electronics' companies all listed together. Very suspicious

Superb Service. Absolutely Zero Problem Recommending
I found Tronix after seeing a phone they were selling on Amazon; after checking their own website, found the product cheaper and with further options available at a very competitive price. As it was a company I wasn't familiar with, I paid with Paypal, knowing my money would be refunded if there were any problems.
The phone arrived within 2 days, and the specs were exactly as advertised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent company.
Dont Go Near Tronix Computers
This is my first review ever, could not stop myself writing this.
I ordered uk version of the Microsoft Surface Pro with accessories plus a pen for a price that was slightly better off than the next best.
Let’s look at the comedy of errors.
Firstly they sent me only the tablet with a German plug without a pen, Amazon status was showing as delivered interestingly when it was only partially delivered.
Then I contacted to raise 3 concerns;
Pen was not delivered
Keyboard missing
Charger was German
Tronix Computers then sent another courier including pen, uk charger and key board. They said key board was not part of the deal but has sent one as good will I compensate for the mess. I could have easily bought all in one deal for only paying another £20 or so from other suppliers. Anyway I thanked but then bumped into another issue;
The key board was German..
They said they will arrange a pick up of my German keyboard from my office address but again.....
After waiting for 3 days, no one picked up my keyboard from me and tablet was still unusable
Then they said your delivery company handed over a label to a stranger at my address instead of picking up the keyboard from me, I have no clue of what it means! So I said if they can’t pay for another pick up, I can post it to you myself and pay for it so that they send me back UK version. They refused and asking me to return the whole thing.
Also to note that there is no paper work apart from one bill which itself is wrongly prepared with wrong break down and numbers.
Through out this process, they have not apologised a single time for any of these mistakes.
Now I am having to buy another English type cover for £100+ and left with a spare German version.

Faulty Product, Shipped Late, No Refund, Next Step Court.
Complete waste of time and money.
Ordered a lens from here as they promised next day delivery and existing lens had just broken. They lied (but still charged the premium for fast delivery). It didn't turn up the following day either (now I've lost 2 days work because of no lens), so they decide to send it by Royal Mail, which is slightly less reliable than putting the package on the roof in the hope that a passing flock of geese will pick it up and take it to the right place.
When it eventually arrived, it was broken, possibly dropped by the geese.
Three weeks later, having returned the lens, they still have my money.
This is not just terrible customer service. Next step is court, to get my refund.

0 Customer Service, Faulty Products
I do not recommend this shop to anyone. I was attracted by cheaper price of camera, but regretting my choice so badly. Please stay away if don't want to waste your time, money and energy. Customer service do not exist in this company, so if you have problem with your goods, do not contact them but product manufacturer, as they have no clue what is going on.
Very, very disappointed, stay way from this people!!!!

Caution Dropped Tamron Lens
Tamron 70-200mm lens Serial Number 108401 was dropped several times as the had several imprints of the lens cap in the cardboard and the packaging was flattened on the inside. The lens was not closed at 70mm but open at 80mm it would take a big drop to do that. The lens number on the invoice was 490604 so something not right here. Sent it back they were to send a replacement but stated that they were out of stock but were still selling them on ebay.

Samsung Note 5 Enquiry
I sent many emails over the last month and I never received reply from Tronix computers. I rang as this is the only phone number is on their website but this phone number is not working. I have read reviews when some buyers explained they received quick reply. I do not think these reviews are correct because they do not bother to reply to my enquiry.

Fastest Delivery
Very rarely am I taken aback by the fast delivery from an online store. I ordered my canon eos 700d from Tronix computers on Wednesday afternoon, and arrived Thursday afternoon. Granted I was a bit skeptical of the price, but I didn't have to worry as it was a legitimate canon product and arrived within 24 hours from ordering.
Very impressed!

Dodgy Camera Import And Minimal Customer Service
Purchased a Canon 5D Mark III with lens from Tronixcomputers, as their price was very competitive and they operation is located in North London, therefore convenient for a personal visit.
After having forked out over £2000 on the gear, I was a bit surprised to find out that not only was the camera a grey import, but that someone had fiddled with the serial number sticker on the camera. Upon further investigation it turned out that the camera was from Singapore and that the serial number printed on the sticker on the camera body didn't correspond with the actual serial number of the body (as embedded in the exif data). Canon later confirmed that the serial number printed on the camera was fake.
Communication with Tronixcomputers was a pain and I could not get anyone in their operation to reply to my email questions about warranty. I also emailed them a well laid out weblink about the issue of the fake serial number, yet no response from them.
The only way to communicate with Tronixcomputers was, in my case, persistent phone calls. What I was told was some inconsistent ramble about how they spoke to Canon and that they were told that it's normal that a Canon camera body has different serial numbers. At no point did they ask me for the serial numbers to investigate the matter. Neither did they answer my email questions about how they would handle warranty issues, should the camera break down; would Canon Singapore deal with repairs on a camera body with a fake serial number and potentially a fake warranty card due to wrong serial number?
I decided to return the camera to Tronixcomputers. Although I was made to wait for hours to pick up and return the camera, in the end they deserve an extra star for not making a fuss with the returns.
I'm highly suspicious whether they take the issue seriously and got the impression that they were just happy to spare themselves a critical customer (me) and take the camera back, just to continue their shady operation like nothing happened. While grey imports can potentially save the buyer some cash, fake serial numbers are just too dodgy in my opinion and any potential purchase from Tronixcomputers should be vetted 10 times or avoided altogether.
Q&A
Thing is, and I may be a little naive here, WHY does their eBay store have 100% positive feedback score from over 9600 transactions ? And not one negative or neutral?
Or am I missing something here?
Has anyone purchased a kon D810 from Tronix? If so was it a sealed UK model or a grey import?
Thanks in advance.
Should read "Nikon D810"
I am looking to buy a canon 70d from the tronixltd eBay store. Will the camera be an unopened UK genuine model or will it be a grey import with non uk plugs or an opened and tampered with box. Can I trust this company?
Hi i bought my Samsung Galaxy tab pro from their website and it was the genuine article, in a sealed original.box and fast delivery. They have a London address from where it was sent.
I hope this helps. Rodger
