First-class service with great advice. Top-notch computer to boot.

Good service. Very quick to get the PC ready. Just make sure you read everything properly especially prep times! I requested 3-5 day delivery time but the testing was +1 day because of the 32GB of RAM, so it was 3-6 working day delivery time, this is not properly prompted in my opinion.

I custom built my PC from a ready made one. However for some reason it did not coming with windows. Now I didn't realise this. What would be handy would be a prompt to tell you that you don't have windows on your PC. Because for those that are building a PC for the first time won't know this. I think this would be helpful.

I really like the process updating. Telling you each step of the process.

Last thing I would say is I'm not a massive fan of chosing delivery (either weekend or weekday) I didn't know when my PC was going to be finished, I can't see the future, so I couldn't predict when to use the delivery time, to get the fastest delivery time.

In summary, good product, built well. Packaged well. Good delivery time (in the end). Information and prompts could be improved.

Great customer support, friendly staff, able to make changes on the fly.

The PC is brilliant too, exactly as designed.

A company I will actually recommend to people.

So after 6 years since I’ve had my PC upgraded I finally decided to bite the bullet and get myself a new brand new rig.

I normally like going to stores and meeting people face to face before I spend a good sum of money and I must say Ii am a very happy customer!

Let me explain why:

I headed over to google to find a local store around me who specialises in gaming PCs.

After a throughout check I landed on these fantastic people at UKGamingComputers in Colchester.

After dropping them an email I got in contact with Kain and arranged to pop down and let him talk me through every option within my price range…he absolutely nailed it.

Fantastic store lay out with demonstration pieces, loads of top of the line products neatly displayed and fantastic range of cases and GPUS.

After around an hour of explaining and discussing, I had the final piece added to the basket and I was truly happy with my decision.

After paying for the PC, I got a few updates from calling and automated emails, there was 2 other gents involved in this process but cannot remember their names! (Sorry guys !) but they were very helpful on timeframes and where the process was at.

3 weeks later (slight backlog over Xmas period) the PC arrives at my doorstep.

Once opening the box I was given and short but clear instruction manual on how to make sure everything is ok from transit and followed it bit by bit.

Now it’s time to boot up this new machine up…

It’s incredible.

After my old rig slowly started to not be able to run the big triple A games, I am great appreciative of what these guys have built for me.

Gaming is a huge passion of mine and I am also very particular in what I like to have when it comes to spending money too but in my honest opinion these guys have been amazing.

Ordering a pre-built PC with UK Gaming Computers was a breeze, with single machines at different price points. I opted for the Tungsten and couldn't be happier.

What I've found looking at other PC builders or suppliers at similar price points is that the machines won't be terribly well balanced. At the £1400 mark, many machines from competitors were advertising a 4070ti, or 4080! The catch is that CPU would definitely bottleneck the system rapidly, or that there would only be 16GB of RAM. Whilst these may be perfect for different use cases, I was looking for a generalist machine to play games of all stripes.

The Tungsten was perfect.

And the service - the Tungsten is advertised as a next-day PC and I was very surprised (and glad!) to find that this included weekends.

The PC arrived in immaculate condition with all documentation, including a fool-proof guide as to how to remove the internal foam that kept the components intact in transit, regardless of what conditions they are subjected to.

I had a (very stupid question) on setting up the PC, and they responded without judgement as soon as their offices opened.

All in all, just very, very impressed with the service, the product, and the company. Can't wait to use their upgrade service (another incredible selling point for their company!)

The config was simple clear and concise with loads of options and parts the availability of finance allowed me to future proof with better parts.

They guys were under a lot of pressure for orders etc but always took a call or email they were friendly and informative and explained all and the frequent updates and info were so helpful keeping me at ease

The delivery was quick and on time the PC was excellently packaged and arrived in perfect condition

The machine was so much better than I had thought and the info pack attached clear and concise

The processes for warranty upgrades etc are straightforward fair and friendly

I browsed a few websites that sold computers, but I found this company the best one, prices were decent, make modifications on already set builds (perfect for me because I always worry about compatibility) also customer service were fast when I messaged them, build time took a little longer but I did order 2 days after Christmas.
