I firstly bought a MK802 II mini PC from w2comp. After 2 days I regcognised in their site w2comp that they were pre-ordering MK802 III which is a new MK802 version. Then I sent an email to their support team to ask if I could change the product to MK802 III. W2COMP has a great customer service that I got the reply in just 6 hours. They immediately helped to cancelled the order and let me place a new order on MK802 III. I think that is a real customer service.
