Wrong Item Received, Stay Away From This Seller.
I have ordered some decals for a model scale 1/72, received the wrong scale months later.
When I emailed the store, I never received an answer.
I'd stay away from this store!

Terrible experience..
Terrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should’ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend £25 to return the scaletrix as it’s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund for the postage (they refunded the cost of the scaletrix set),

Still No Items After 7 Weeks And Multiple Ignored Emails!!!
ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER MORE THAN 7 WEEKS.
Order: S4Q0KVYOH Placed on 04-27-2020:
April 27th, 2020: I ordered 2 tins of paint, £10.00 each + £5.99 shipping, total £27.97
Today, June 17th 2020: The goods have still not arrived
May 30th, 2020: I emailed 1001 Modelkits to enquire about my order of April 27.
June 2nd, 2020: They replied to say one of the tins was not in stock. They offered a voucher in lieu of the product, or a different product of my choice (+ or - 5% of the original value).
June 4th, 2020: I replied to say I would accept an alternative product priced £7.99 plus a £3 voucher.
June 6th, 2020: Having had no reply from them, I re-sent the email of June 4th.
June 10th, 2020: Having had no reply to either of my previous emails, I emailed again, asking them to cancel the original order and issue a refund, as I had lost faith in their ability to fulfil the order.
June 17th, 2020: A reply – at last! – but it does not acknowledge my emails or refer to any requests from me; it simply re-states the fact that the product is unavailable and offers a voucher in lieu (not even the choice of a product as previously).
I have tried to ring on numerous occasions, but the phone number does not work.
Clearly, in light of the above, I do not want the voucher, or indeed the goods originally ordered (and paid for) on April 27th, as I have now bought them elsewhere.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Worst Online Trader I've Dealt With
I placed an order for 5 items totalling approx £60 - with payment via Paypal. All items were indicated to be in stock on the website. Payment was taken immediately - 2 days later I received an e-mail advising one item was not available and asking me to choose an alternative at the same price. Could not find one so I suggested by email an alternative that involved an additional £3.00 which I was happy to pay. - NO REPLY RECEIVED
Sent a reminder e-mail asking for an update on the order - NO REPLY !
Sent a further reminder asking what as happening - why no reply ? - again NO REPLY
Sent a further e mail requesting a response to previous emails - NO REPLY ?
Sent a further email asking for response by return - otherwise requesting cancellation of the order and a full refund - guess what ! - NO REPLY
Have sent final email today in both English and French - to both French and English email addresses - asking for immediate response and refund - to date - NO REPLY
Don't even try to deal with these people

I ordered a kit that was shown on the website as in stock and received an email 4 days later to say the order had been processed. 5 days later I received an email which stated "Product in stock: Product received soon" - a lot of help!
After waiting a full month the order had still not arrived so I emailed saying they should deliver the order soon or give me a refund. I received a reply the same day to say the item was unavailable and I could order something else of the same value, receive a voucher or have a refund. I replied immediately that I wanted a refund. Eleven days on and the refund had not been received so a further email was sent demanding prompt action, it still took them a further five days before the refund was received.
I have no intention of ever dealing with this outfit again.

Buyer Beware!!
Folks...you best steer clear of this vendor. I ordered a kit online from 1001 Modelkits over two months ago. My PayPal payment was posted straight away. After a couple of week, I grew concerned because the kit had not arrived. After two months, online status still indicates the order is processing. To make matters even worse, I tried contacting them via their web-mail site, not once but numerous times, only to be further disappointed because my mail went unanswered.
It is hard to believe there are still vendors out there who don't give a damn about their clients.
I requested a refund, but don't expect this will be an easy process either. So, I went ahead and contacted PayPal to file a dispute so I can have them help me get my monies back.

Ordered, Paid, Confirmed.....then Twenty Days Later....oppps
I ordered an item online, paid for it, and received a confirmation email for the order. After twenty days I still had not received my item, so I emailed to inquire about the status of the order. The response: a terse message saying that the item was no longer in stock and that they would refund my payment. No apology, just a "thank you for your understanding". Well, I don't understand. Bad service, bad inventory management, and very poor communication with the customer. I should have received an email immediately letting me know the item was not in stock. I should not have had to track them down before I found this out. Good thing it was not an urgent purchase, though it was a time-sensitive gift.
Would recommend you follow up immediately on any order to confirm that it is in stock, and that it is promptly shipped. Or, better yet, use another vendor.

Worst Experience Ever
Very very slow to ship, customer service non existent says on there website FREE shipping when you spend over £100 thats a lie, im not even sure this is a company just middlemen operating from the USA and France.
If you are going to use this bunch to order from pay by PAYPAL im glad i did at least you will get your money back

Model Received Damaged In The Uk - Shipped From France
I ordered an expensive ARTF model aircraft kit as a Christmas present. It arrived but the fuselage was damaged at the rear. I reported the problem to 1001modelkits together with photographs of the packaging and damaged area of the model inviting their comments.
They regretted the damage but said there was nothing they could do to damaged models in the UK and suggested I repair the damage myself.
I believe at the very least they should have reduced the price by way of compensation for damaged goods as the model now looks anything but new.
The website should make clear that damage to goods arriving in listed countries are at the buyers expense !!

Worst Online Buying Experience I Ever Had
Hey,
I would like to share with you my worst buying experience I've hadso far , here are the details of the case :
I saw many publications in magazines of models building from about 1001modelkits.com , after I checked and compared prices and seeing positive reviews online I decided to try and do a purchase from them. the site seem very impressive and serious , with huge stock and tempting prices - including low postage.
I made the purchase at 7.3.14 and according to the site terms it has been said that the shipment will be sent in no more than 48 hours. After several days that i did not received from them any email to document the purchase (which I usually get right away from my experience from buying in many websites) I contacted their customer service department and after a few days I received the following laconic message :
" Dear customer ,
Rest assured that we do our best to deliver our customers quickly.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent.
Best regards,
Customer service 1001modelkits"
Since it said nothing about delivery time, estimated shipment or reason for the delay (all products were marked as available and in stock ) I tried to contact again to their customer service department with email's and direct messages to their online services but until now I did not get any response or any replay .
i wouldn't recommend any one to have anything with that website!
