Appalling Service...

Nice catalogue seems good value until you try and order.They need 10 working days at present to despatch which does not compare with other companies. Oh we're so busy they say but other well known companies are busy and can manage better service. Didn't get the order so cancelled. Last time I ordered from them a lot was on back order as not in stock. I'd hoped they had improved but they haven't. Will never use them again. What a company.

Great Service

Only been using this website for several months but so far have not had a problem. I do think the website is not 100% efficient. I have always been able to contact store when necessary. Will certainly use this store in future.

Improve The Web Site

Was a fantastic web site. Now you can't even find it. Since the site was altered its impossible to log in anymore. Please sort this soon or you will lose lots of trade when we go elsewhere.

Order Incorrect

Order arrived in five days - congratulations, however 'FREE gift' charged for, book that I ordered missing but overpayment shown on invoice. No explanation, have emailed and hope for a happy outcome. Fingers crossed!!!!

Once I hear from them I may change overall rating and recommendation.

Love the card and stacking pack, first class postage service.

First time ordering from this company, hope it won't be last!!

It's Like Trying To Raise The Dead!

I ordered two items on 7 March For which payment has been taken from my account, and despite actually speaking to someone (yes wasn't I lucky!) thatorders from7th March were being dealt with and now being sent out first class. FIRST CLASS! still not arrived and I aspoke to them on 19th March.

This is the third time that I have ordered from them and was hoping for third time lucky. However, this was not to be. I have tried ringing and get some obscure message that the box is full!!!!!,

I have tried emailing to various email addresses and they are all bouncing back. Other than travelling 2 1/2 hours from where I live inthe East Midlands to find out if they actually are stilloperatng, I am not sure what to do. It's disgusting and a let down for everyone in this situation. My order was for Easter items - ha ha bit late now isn't it. I am hoping to get my money back and will never ever try this company again. Pity they dpn't live up to the quality of their catalogue's....... oooh I could go on and on and .....................

What a shame you've had such a bad experience with Cardcraft Plus. I know they've just upgraded their website and the gremlins have been running amock, causing problems for on-line customers.

I've shopped with them many times without problems and find the staff to be very helpful.

Their product range is very good and prices very competative. They also offer free p&p on all orders and sometimes a free Hunkydory gift is included. So it's hard to find a better on-line craft store.

I visited their Preston shop (Inspirations at Cardcraft Plus) on Good Friday, so know they've not stopped operating.

Hope you get a satisfactory response soon.

Is Any One There???

I placed an order and was told it was all in stock. When the order arrived one item was on back order. Next day had an email to say it was going to be delivered the next day, nothing came. Tried to email them, email bounced back, tried to ring them, no reply. 3 weeks later still waiting for back order and still unable to contact them by email or phone.

I am not impressed !!!

New Website Poor!

The new website has disappeared.They have proberly took it offline to sort out the problems. Overall I like them. I have ordered twice without any delay and the goods have been excellent quality. The new website was rubbish, why don't they just go back to the old one.

Rubbish Website!!

The new website is terrible. Placed online order on 26/02/13 and am still waiting. Phoned to complain and got told they didn't have a record of my order - this despite me receiving an email from them confirming all the details of what I ordered. Had no problems when I placed orders on their old website - why change something when it worked perfectly fine! Will not order from them again - nor will any of my crafting buddies!

Bad Service

Placed my order FEB15th 2013 now March 5th and still not recieved it yet the money was taken from my bank. Have emailed 3 times and to date have not recieved a reply. The service is terrible i am now ring to ask for a refund and will not be dealing with Cardcraft Plus again. My advice to anyone is not to deal with this firm.
