Really Impressed

Just got my package. Gota tell you guys its awesome, way bigger than i expected.It was the same price of a battlefoam bag but with more foam and i got to choose the foam. Thank you for the bag. Being able to choose the foam without being charged more is amazing. GFG are awesome.

Pathetic.

After what seemed like an ordinary purchase, it soon went sour when a postage service I paid for was not delivered.

I messaged about it and was sent multiple emails in response that were of no help and just trying to get me to go away.

After finally agreeing on a refund of the postage they still did not pay up and so I've now had to open a dispute via PayPal.

I hope those that see this take heed and go else where like goblin gaming or wayland games...

Great Value And Service.

Such a fantastic website. Good selection and easy to navigate. I ordered my item and it arrived the next day with dpd meaning I knew the hour my item was going to arrive. I ordered a Tyrant Case and was really pleased with the product - it is a very good value case - and the service overall. They also have a retail store which you can call if have any queries. I wanted to know about the foam selections and got a instant and informative response when I called. I will definitely use giftsforgeeks again.

Great Choice Of Items .... On Paper Only

Wanted to buy Star Wars Game for a Christmas gift. On the website, item shows as "15+ in stock".

Placed the order and waited. Waited. Waited...

To cut the story short, I am now being told 2 months after the purchase that they don't know when the item will be in stock.

Still showing as "15+ in stock" on website......

2 stars instead of 1 as they did offer to refund money

Customer purchased Advance Order Items.

The items stated Advance Order in the title.

When placing the items in the shopping cart they were informed the following;

"This item is an advance order item, your order will be shipped when this item comes back in stock or is released. If we are unable to obtain the item your payment for this item will be refunded."

The products were coming from America, but were delayed due to poor whether in the USA.

Issued a refund for the items when the customer did not want to wait any longer.

Poor Still Waiting

Placed an order with these guys on 18/4/15 and have received part of my order. However the first time it was delivered I had a partial delivery note with it saying that other goods would follow. After a while received another package that was ripped and you could see inside- this too was incomplete with a partial delivery note. Again I waited- however this time nothing turned up, so I chased and was told that they have no record of an outstanding order. I then emailed them the note the was sent- to be told oh we no longer have this item. I looked on their website and it stated that several were in stock. So I again requested the item, to then be told the website was wrong is there anything else I would like. I have told them what I would like and after chasing again on 19/6/15 was told it will be dispatched this weekend (20/6/15)... I've chased again on 28/6/15 but now all coms has stopped. So will give them till this Monday (6/7/15) and will then contact the card company to report I haven't received my items. Long story short- go somewhere else and pay a bit more but actually then receive your item.

I saw your message and came in an hour early to get your issue resolved.

I tried ringing you this morning, but no answer, so I left a message.

Apologies for stock error online. As discussed with you previously this was a bug specific to magazines which has now been fixed by the technical team. So I went through our manifests and we packaged your White Dwarf on the day you requested and it was posted next day. Apologies this failed to arrive a few other items issued that day also failed to arrive, so it looks like one our our dispatch bags was misplaced by Royal Mail. This is an unfortunate event which does happen occasionally. So what I did this morning is reissue the missing White Dwarf 70 plus 71, 72, 73, 74 and 75 free of charge.

Also to ensure they arrive It has been issued with special delivery so it will be with you Saturday or Monday. If you ever have an issue or question please feel free to ring us, we are open 7 days a week.

We have never had an issue like this before so I thought it best to include a whole bunch of free White Dwarfs as compensation for the delay. I hope this demonstrates we take feedback whether positive or negative seriously and most importantly sort out the issue.

Made an order on the 8th of December, chased them up on the 17th, got a response on the evening of the 21st telling me they were out of stock. Nice...

Apologies Christmas is a very busy time. When we saw the item was out of stock we attempted to order it in from various suppliers. However, no joy. We issued a refund after consulting the customer.

Terrible Service And Response To Customers

I have not received an order I made a month and a half ago, and have received no reply to regular enquiries (later complaints) about this since about mid-November and request for a refund.

I ordered from these guys in march with all stock marked available in stock.

Was then informed 2 months later after chasing up their terrible service that the products where not in stock and a partial dispatch would be made ( at this time the website still marked all products purchased as in stock)

at the 3 month interval of not receiving any goods i asked for a final and definitive ETA giving them one last chance to provide SOME aspect of service.

i received no reply once again...

i then gave up and at the 3.5 month mark demanded a refund, this got an instant response!

"wait till the 14th of next month then we will start processing a claim" ( what GREAT customer service THAT is!)

i stupidly gave the company another chance... lets wait longer... i then emailed for the final confirmation of no goods received on the 20th

its now the 26th and i STILL have no response

at this rate i'm expecting this whole ordeal to span the period of a year before its complete

i have wasted my money

Please remember for every review there are thousands of happy customers that purchase from our website without issue.

I am sorry to read this. Items being lost or failing to show is a very rare event.

This year only 23 parcels out of thousands issued have failed to arrive. We always issue a refund or replacement if they fail to arrive.
