I have contacted The Dolls House Emporium three times over the last 6 days. I ordered several items and was sent one item that was not even one of the items I ordered. I received one response email asking me to contact another department/email address...There was no apology nor, I will take care of it. I have contacted the company two more times and I still have not received any response. I am highly disappointed and angry.

This company is a pleasure to do business with. The quality of the goods is second to none. There are always special offers and of course extra discount in your birthday month. To be honest, I don't think there's anything I don't like about the Doll's House Emporium. A couple of times, when I have had to e-mail them about a query, I have been telephoned straight away to sort things out. I have a few doll's houses that I am working on but am struggling with decorating them (I'm not very good at putting paper on the walls) so for my birthday I bought a decorated house, Wentworth Court, and it is beautiful! All I have to do now is continue furnishing it.

I have purchased numerous things from the dolls house emporium and I have been delighted with their service, speed of delivery and most of all the quality of the items would reccomend to any dolls house enthusiast.

The Dolls house Emporium is the best for all dollshouse needs I have used them for years and am now coming to the end of building and furnishing my dollshouse but I could always start again but its the space with me this one sits in my hall and when the lights go on it looks lovely they have everything you need and the service is excellent fast delivery and no quibbble returns

I have nothing but a very high regard for the company and staff and would reccommend them to anyone thinking of buying a dolls house.

WARNING it is a very addictive hobby

i always use this company as they are so friendly. it's like being part of a big family. phone, e.mail or on face book, first names are used, nice touch. and the quality of goods i've always found to be 100%. in other words, i can't fault them.

Lovely website with so much to inspire, but perhaps also get a little bit addicted by too! Despite the products being small, you can enlarge the photos to a large size to really get a feel for the product.
